Beste hotel in de regio
Beste hotel in de regio, er is dan ook niet zo heel veel te kiezen hier. Kamers zijn ruim en luxueus. Resort was veel te doen, activiteiten, restaurants, bars, entertainment, zwembad. Strand was prachtig. Ze denken hier aan alles.

We love this property it’s our third time here but it doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. Both our sinks were clogged and the stoppers were dirty. The restaurant has gotten super pricey and the service charge is twice other hotels. Breakfast was good but very limited in choice and quantity. For the price we hope for better.

Our group had a great time staying at Novotel. Thanks Mr Khalil of reservation for all the assistance with room requests, transportation arrangement with Mr Sidik (he is the best to bring us around) and special Birthday celebration dinner arrangement. Très bel hôtel ... en dehors des courses de motos
Très bel hôtel à la décoration raffinée sur une belle plage ( mais pas la plus belle du coin). Nous devions y passer 3 nuits et la 1ère journée a été trés agréable mais malheureusement nous avons du annuler notre dernière nuit car une compétition de motos avait lieu sur le circuit juste derrière l'hôtel et les bruits de motos envahissaient l'hôtel et la plage. Cette zone de Lombok se développe malheureusement de façon anarchique et c'est bien dommage car, en dehors des compétitions, le calme dans l'hôtel est absolu et nous avions passé une très belle journée à profiter de la plage

My stay at Novotel was last minute, due to travel issues between Jakarta and Bali. I wish I would have spent my entire time at Novotel. The beach was amazing and staff incredible. Do not stay at this hotel
The worst chain hotel I ever stayed! We booked this hotel at first because we thought it was a safe choice, as it is part of the Novotel hotel chain. Turns out that this was the worst experience we could’ve imagine. The room smelled like mold, the room really could use a renovation, and the breakfast food was not good. The hotel is very old and I am surprised it is still on business. Please do not stay there! Waste of money.

Alternativa comoda a prezzi accettabili quando non si ha voglia di raggiungere Kuta. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio laundry (ottimo) e noleggio scooter (prezzi in linea con mercato). 上次入住,清潔度完全不行,電話上面有鼻涕,廁所沒有打掃乾淨,噁心到極點,反應後,也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住,但是家人是Novotel 支持者,選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房,一進入房間就是惡臭味,經理到達現場後,幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後,變成新房間有潮濕味,已經懶得反映了。

房間無比噁心。 首先,門扣壞掉,本來不以為意,然後想沖澡,發現廁所地板全是沙子,花了一些時間沖洗,等到要使用吹風機,又發現吹風機壞掉,拿起話筒要反應給櫃檯人員,發現電話上滿是鼻屎,入住當天,一肚子火。 隔天早餐,要了一杯咖啡,喝到一半,發現嘴巴有東西吐出來,是蒼蠅! 這是什麼噁心又令人發火的經驗。 整個過程中都有反應完全沒有得到一個讓我能接受的道歉,爛爆了!

A right choice for our stay at Kuta
We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Lombok. It is a beautiful resort looking like a lost world with attractive sculptures . The staff is efficient in arranging tours for us. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was nice with lots of varieties.

Fantastic location, not “overbuilt”, it works nicely with the local environment and doesn’t overpower it. By far my greatest compliment is to the staff. From the super friendly breeze bar staff, to reception, management and the cleaners the service was universally excellent. To name a few (although I’ll miss many), thank you to Jan, Mukti, Anto, Jumardi, Ryadi and Santana, you all once again made it a memorable stay and I will be back this year!

Nice beach front hotel with good breeze. Walking distance to a perfect spot to watch sunset. The sand is more pebble type and not as smooth as those found in gili islands. Breakfast is good and breeze bar serve some good happy hour cocktails. Watch out for the flies though. It is just irritating you have to fight your meals with flies. Management should have installed those electric flies buster at the restaurant. As for the rooms, they are ok and the only complains is there is no lift if you got 3rd floor room. Not suitable for those who have issue climbing stairs. Now the biggest minus point if you stay at Novotel, you get screwed if you dont have your own transport. There are no gojek or taxi. Only private cars. They charged a return trip from hotel to Kuta Lombok for 90k rupiah. It is only less than 3km one way and you can imagine the amount you rake up at the end of stay. Hotel should have provide shuttle service like those at Novotel Benoa Bali. Overall i still find Novotel the best hotel at Kuta and it is only the transport which is the biggest sore for visitors.

Abgewohntes 3 Sterne Hotel mit gutem Namen
Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt, Die Zimmer ebenso, meist ohne Balkon od.Terasse. Möglicher Weise sind die Suiten besser. Die Pools wirken ebenfalls heruntergekommen und bieten sehr wenig Liegemöglichkeit. Meer nicht einladend und den halben Tag Ebbe -felsig. In den Ort kommt man nur mit dem Taxi. Abends neben der Bar werden lautstark Actionfilme gespielt, sodass ein entspannter Sundowner nicht möglich ist. Positiv sind der bemühte Manager und die Massagen hervor zu heben. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Disappointing
The staff here are super friendly but honestly, other than that, this place isn’t worth more than 2 stars. We checked in and found super dirty sheets, ripped duvet covers, and an ancient AC that might as well have been an old car engine by the sound of it. The weekend manager offered us a free dinner which was a nice touch but, in retrospect, we’d rather have paid somewhere else. Again, staff is friendly, but the food was bland and they got our order wrong even though we were just two people. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a pizza even after the wrong food came out... If you do stay here, head into Kuta for your meals (Bazaar, Milk and Bamba are three favourites). Struggling to find positives other than the staff, but both the massages at the spa and the fitness centre were good. If you’re expecting a 4-star experience you’ll be disappointed.

enjoyable stay at the novotel
We really enjoyed our stay at the novotel. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was right on the beach front and a 5 minute drive to Kuta beach. The buffet breakfast was great.

Old but well maintained and part of its charm is its traditional style and setting. Room was lovely large and very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Delightful setting right on the beach.

This hotel was one of a kind. From our travels in Indonesia this was our favourite hotel. Rooms and public areas were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good with lots of choice. The bulls on the beach in the morning made my day :) We will definitely return ....we didn’t want to leave this beautiful hotel.

It is great experience and place is amazing. The place is decorated and designed in old Indonesian style. The villa we stayed in was comfortable, clean quiet and very spacious. The staff and service was great 😊

Très bon hôtel et très calme. Le personnel est très attentionné et les services nombreux. L’hotel est excentré de Kuta, il convient de louer des scooters à la réception pour visiter les environs. (100k idr pour 24h)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice welcome when we arrived like fruit and cake in our room, lovely and thoughtful touches throughout the day like offers of complementary fruit on the beach as well as little cakes in the afternoon. The grounds are maintained immaculately and the spa, that looks a tiny bit tired but provides the most amazing treatments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

MAGNIFIQUE COMPLEXE A KUTA BEACH
Complexe hôtelier très agréable. Tout le staff est aux petits soins avec sa clientèle. Nous avons eu la possibilité d'être surclassé. Les chambres sont magnifiques avec leur alcôve donnant sur une magnifique vue sur l'hôtel. N'hésitez pas à louer des scooter pour vous rendre sur les belles plages avoisinantes. Mon coup de cœur, celle de Tanjung Aan Beach. La plage de l'hôtel est très belle et elle est très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner offre une grande variété de possibilités (fruits frais, œufs préparés devant le client, bonnes pâtisseries BRAVO aux cuisiniers et aux serveurs!)
