'I loved this villa they welcomed us with warm hospitality and small gifts on the Valentine’s Day, very recommend!!'

'Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days. '

'他們的設施太老舊，一走進去地上還有煙頭，晚上突然間跳電，導致插座不能使用抽水馬達不能運轉，所以水變得很小，而且還沒有熱水，然後乾進去的時候床單超髒，床套也是感覺就是用過了沒有去更換。整體來說不是很舒服。而且有一間房間洗澡的時候還會淹水。 所以才導致我進去入住兩天趕快去換房間了。原本預定五天後來乾脆就不住了。 寧願放著也不敢再住'

'The booking on-line was easy enough however, I did try to communicate via email- No response, needed to go through expedia USA to contact the Villa. Asked for transfer pick up, no show at the airport. Checked in fine, fridge- Not working, Air conditioner-Not working, all got fixed once mentioned. TV only 1 english station. the description says KUTA not really near the "Kuta" I know. won't stay again, for this price it was a poor & disappointing stay.'

'When we checked in at the Sakaye we found the sheets and some pillowcases where dirty, I mean round brown stains on sheets. Tried to take a shower in the bath and there was hair everywhere, dirty water was filling in the bath because the stopper was not working. Did not like the idea of a shower/bath in one. Complained and was upgraded to another room and everything was clean. Did not like having a shower in the bath and found it too high for me and the kids to climb into, the staff gave me a...

'We were 20 pax who stayed for 6 nights to celebrate new year. The villa was spacious and clean with 3 employees who cooked us amazing breakfast everyday. Their choices were good and were extremely patient with all our requests. Masseurs are available on request and so are scooters to ride around the area. Overall, was a pleasant stay with no complaints and we would recommend this for a huge group.'

'Ik kon door omstandigheden mijn reis niet afmaken geprobeerd om het hotel te bereiken maar dit was moeilijk uiteindelijk heeft medewerkers van expedia geprobeerd hun te bereiken kreeg ze aan de lijn waarop ze aeen andere nummer kreeg on te bellen dit deden zij ook maar nummer was niet actief via mail nooit meer reactie gekregen!!'

'It’s good for the price. Beds were comfy, pool was nice. There were things left behind from the guest before us. The toilet seat in room 4 needs fixed it’s very wobbly and the seat wouldn’t stay up when using the bathroom. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside as well. It was good from the price especially if you have a large family '

'The photos of the Villa on Stayz need to be updated as they are not accurate to the actual Villa, the Villa was very run down no grass or bed outside. The staff were really lovely the communication between them was very poor. Multiple times are breakfast times were not confirmed arrived at different times, breakfast was served cold every morning. Cleaning times were all different times. The staff were extremely friendly, the villas were just poorly managed. Overall I would rate our stay 2 out of...

'At the beginning of my arrival they told me that there was no booking until I showed them via email from your site. They then gave me a different villa than the pictures in the booking. I had no other choice because I could not cancel the reservation because of the terms of cancellation and wasting time. Also ask for time so I lost three hours to the subject. Please take the necessary action by you and compensate me financially for what it deems appropriate'

'Villa Kayu Raja was een goede verblijfplaats. We hebben het meest van de prive zwembad genoten. Ook het bed sliep heerlijk. Aan het ontbijt mag wel gewerkt worden. Dat is wat beperkt. En hoewel het ontbijt tot 10.30 loopt konden we om 9uur al leg schalen aantreffen. Dat vonden we minder. Maar voor de rest prima'
