Too expensive for the service you get
Did not get the Kingsize bed I paid for. Frontdesk charged 100KWD to my creditcard instead of making reservation of 100KWD (so I need to hope I get the difference back). Took 15m to retrieve my trolley that was only 5m away as they lack frontdesk staff. Restaurant was good with friendly staff.

The Kuwait Marriott was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel, exceptional buffet restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Ok so the place wasn’t perfect, the windows were exceptionally dirty, maybe just the nature of Middle East cities. Meh, we would heartily recommend.

Dining Service의 품질과 맛은 좋았지만 안내메뉴판에 있던 일식이 안된다고 하여 조금 실망했습니다. 예약시에 안내가 있으면 좋을거 같습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 침대도 편안하나 에어컨 소리가 커서 신경이 쓰일 정도 입니다. 가구나 room분위기가 약간 old한 느낌입니다.

Excellent Hotel
Always choose this hotel for business travel to Kuwait. Complimentary hotel transfer to and from the airport is excellent. Hotel service is second to none and rooms are very tidy and clean. You even get good sports channels in room to keep up with the games going on back home!

It is in the middle of the city, which is perfect. Staff are good. Everything went fine except with the bed and pillows, they weren’t comfortable at all. It is just not a Marriott standard bedding.

The property was conveniently located in a central area. The staff is very friendly. The mall attached to the property is not very exciting.

Check-in staff and the entire experience was perfect. They make you feel so welcome. The food in the Indian restaurant was fantastic, the waiters were so friendly and so was Syed the chef.
