Nicholas was a good guest, and we did a lot of extra yard work outside early to make it special for an event they decided to hold, and we were so glad it went so well and that everybody loved it. Nick sent me the messages "Everything is great on our end." and "We love this home!" during their stay, and told us everything was wonderful when they left, and they said in their review that they will be staying again, so I am unsure why it was only 4 stars, I wonder if it was that window glitch that cuts off some of the rating categories? That has been mentioned to me by several guests, and it has done that on my end too. I know there should be five so I look for the missing one, but some didn't know that. That is very frustrating, but Nick and Kathy were wonderful guests, I recommend them to other hosts, and I can't wait for their next visit.

I am very glad Harvest enjoyed her stay. Harvest mentioned nothing to us about any scent. She let us know right away that she loved the house. We have used the cleaning products we use for many years without issue. We do use scent free products for the bedding and towels, we only have some scented products available for guests to choose from stored in the laundry room. The only scented product we use is the floor cleaner, it has a mild lavender scent which helps with any eliminate bleach smell from cleaning, but our charcoal air cleaners and furnace filtration remove all that rapidly. We had guests leave just before Harvest's stay, and Harvest requested an early check in, slight cleaning product scents are normal when a house is cleaned that close to check in time, and unavoidable because we clean all surfaces in the home completely between every guest stay. We are a licensed and inspected home. We do our best to provide a perfectly clean and comfortable experience for all our guests.

We are so happy Laci had such a good time and will be a regular guest. We do give guests a lot of information so they take less time looking for things and have more time to enjoy the house and the La Crosse area during their stay. We do keep things very clean, including monthly carpet and rug shampoos, and dander cleaning the entire house and soft furnishings, after every pet stay, and use of air purifiers to eliminate any allergens. We feel that is so important to offer in a pet friendly lodging, it was nice of Laci to notice that. She was a great guest.

Stephen and Sue were wonderful guests. They let us know right away that they just loved our home, and they even sent me a personal note after they left saying that they had a wonderful time and really enjoyed their stay in our home. They mentioned nothing during the week long stay that was not perfect so I am unsure what we could have done wrong to deserve only a four star rating. We work very hard to do everything possible to make everything perfect for all our guests.
