'Our room overlooked the river. We had fireflys at night, chamelions in the day and real peace and quiet. There is everythng you could need pools fed by the river, trails through the grounds, kitchens barbeques all in good condition. Easy to get to on a good road and close enough to town. '

'This is a great apartment just a few short blocks from town. Our hosts arranged for taxi service to La Fortuna Waterfalls and EcoThermales spa. The apartment has lots of space and everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. We walked to a nice local supermarket and bought and prepared all of our meals at the apartment. However, there are many good restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again. We highly recommend.'

There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. 'This is such a hidden gem! It was a bit trickier to find with my shuttle bus but Gabriela was outstanding communicating to provide me with directions and reference points ahead. When I walked in, I was in awe. It was the perfect tiny home with luxury of daily necessities. Everything was immaculately clean, with many thoughtful touches to make it as comfortable as possible with strong wifi, tv, air conditioning, kitchen, crockpot, kettle, electric grill, microwave, fridge, laundry line, etc....
