My apologies old building and somewhat you will see ages. All guest to know new owner truly working hard so all guest can stay comfortable and clean rooms. Unfortunately you didn’t show which you never stay our property. I’m sorry you are upset that charge but didn’t show. When you book we hold rooms just for you for that when you not show up it charges. Because do to that still not right give us fake reviews. I know I work hard to always fair and right service to guest and I check rooms each day after housekeeping is done. We do carpet shampoos daily’s to keep room is clean for guest’s. Thank you.

Dear guest, We do thank you share your experience. Please understand new owner working on updates EVERYDAY for what need to be update and it takes some times to do that. Each rooms need can’t be done one day or weeks months. New owner get so much updates and she is focus on super clean rooms and shampoo everyday and clean under bed and new painting rooms and simple furnitures getting new mattresses slowly and new hardwood’s flooring etc. I understand each individual guest can pointing out a each things what is wrongs that is super simple and easy and IF you only knows what conditions new owner working on ever-guest would appreciated.So we ask please be patient with us.

We updates simple decorations and new painting all rooms, we changes summer to winter beddings we truly care our guest and all rooms shampoo’s every rooms when we find spots including vacuum under beds so guest can stay clean and comfortable. Our building is one of historic build 1956 I believe. And absolutely food was NOT over prices if you only know owner drive 6 hours to get high quality meats. If you know about Korean food Bulgogi is expensive meats. Again, thank you for sharing reviews and we won’t be rebuild sites but new owners slowly updating every days. IF YOU ONLY understand NOW VS BEFORE how much it changes.Prices changes ALL hospitality go by day, week or months. When rooms NOT available and busy week it automatically changes prices. Next time you visit I recommended stay out suites or check what is new and updates. Our room also changes to hardwood floors slowly.Again, thank you

Guest, this review is totally untrue and you was super nasty and rude to our front desk when you checking in when she say are you checking in. After you checking you tell our housekeeper have bigger coffee maker? Housekeeper confirm we have two cups coffee makers each room. Again, you was rude let him know we should have bigger coffee maker and yell to housekeeper. You destroyed our towels. Absolutely you are NOT welcome here and review that not truth. I make sure share information to other motel how rude and leave review that not truth just because you can do it. My advice to you is be nice and behave yourself and good to other’s. Much as RUDE PERSON as you are if you find bed bug you won’t be just leaving. You are NOT good person. Every how rude you are was my employee we was super nice and smell and welcome you when you check in.Thanks

Dear guest, please know actually we do not have any problems with any guest or any of police matter. Area is super safe the other area and thousands guest using door s and as I show losing one screws and I repairs right away. Sometime does things nail/screw can be loose any home or any places but it was fixed and I changes room for you as your requested. Again, this so basics problems can happing every doors and houses. Again, WE DO SHMPOO our carpet and clean under bed each day and rooms are super clean guarantee and great services. I'm sorry one of screw was loose and but fixed right away and works but understand you should be rather paid 3 times more being better place and good luck to you and all the best.

Some guest love to sleep pillow to mattress and we advise guest talk to us if any other rooms open for can be changes. Then again, IF services was bad or room was not clean THAT is problems from us but, since that is not a issues bed was NOT customize/made to own personal fit if you travel time to time my recommendation is might helpful carry extra firm mattress top so you be better sleep customize what exactly fit for you.again thank you

Dear guest, thank you for take time review us. New owner is working updating everyday and many updates made since last 7-8 months. Since building was build 1956 it is historic building but truly they are working hard for working on it. Next door located sheriff office and we have no problems since new ownership. As you see room is hardwood floors, new painting, super cleans rooms. We ask guest to understand something will be different and not expect 100% will not fits in needs. We do love to re-build bring new building much as we love too but it takes times for us to do that and price will not be what we offer to our guest. We truly appreciate our guest to understand what we do and how hard works into keep better places.

Please understand because we don’t accept ALL BOOKING SITES means we have terrible service’s. Because you didn’t get what you need and we can’t always providing everything’s you wants all guest must understand. We do what we can do our guest can happy with us. Guest, I'm sorry you didn't have good experience with us. Please understand mechanicals issues will happens don't matter where you go and it not under our control aways. We was happy that changes room right away because we understand. AC was perfectly works as should meant time we do love to see our guest to happy stay here and we do what we can but mean time doesn't matter what we do some guest never enough and understand. We do have one's month Sunday off breakfast do to we like to be at church services hope you understand.
