'We just stayed at this beautiful house for my husband’s 40th birthday with a group of 10 adults. The house and vacation exceeded our expectations! The home owners were great and accommodating in helping us plan our trip. The home is as pictured, but even better in person. Tons of different outdoor areas to hang out and dine. Minitas beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride. The staff at the house were amazing. We had breakfast prepared by the chef each morning and 2 of the 4 dinners...

It was also great as it was near the hotel/pool, golf course and Lagos restaurant - and just a short distance from everything else (beach, marina, etc). 'Although this is a nice home and in a decent neighborhood, we had a few issues: Most days we took cold showers, because there was no hot water. The house needs a light update on some of the furniture, & kitchen area. The refrigerator leaked and the house had an old smell to it. The pool is nice, but cloudy most times.'
