'This place turned out to be one of our best experiences renting through a service like VRBO. Primarily, the host made the difference--so accommodating and respectful. And the place was perfect for us, full kitchen, comfortable seating and access to an outdoor patio which lent a sense of home to the whole experience. Highly recommend it for a getaway for two.'

'The place is very nice. The complex is super quiet. The unit is very comfortable. The bedding and towels are excellent as well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook some meals there rather than going out all the time, which was nice. As stayed the parking access is narrow, our car was fine, but SUV or large pick ups would likely not fit. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting So Cal, especially Pasadena like us!'

'This was the first VRBO I’ve done and it couldn’t have been an easier experience! To call this our home for a week was easy! So cute and perfect for a family of 4, came out to LA for my son’s 10th birthday. There is a garage for parking and it is shared with 1 other renter but it was never an issue. The place is so cute, has outdoor seating, quiet neighborhood and down the road from all sorts of food,gas and stores! It was 30 mins from Universal studios and beats staying in the surrounding areas...

'We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! Thank you!'

'Great space and location for our Disney trip but super bummed about the overall cleanliness. As soon as we walked in we were faced with a strong animal urine smell, sticky floors, and hair in the bathroom. "The room were very spacious and trendy. But the walls are thin. We could hear all that was going on next door, more than we wanted. At night someone entered our room. When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. Just towels that we did not want changed and the trash bins were emptied. We were very excited when we came in, but the experience itself was disappointing and the fact that someone startled us in the middle of the night was just unreal. "
