Thank you for taking a moment to submit your rating and review. Looked at your room and your TV was working fine, just on the wrong Input, which can happen. No sink issues were discovered.

Mattresses are less than a year old, pillows less than 6 months. Rooms are cleaned with bleach and other sanitizers. Unfortunately, as you said, there is an airport next to us.

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the noise that was created by other, and will do our best to monitor that more closely. The doors all have regular locks, deadbolt locks and slap locks for security. Unfortunately, we can not do anything about the trains.

At no time did you reach out to the front desk about your concerns. I have since had the phone and TV checked and they both work, am unsure what issue you may have had with them. As for the cleanliness of the room, I have spoken with housekeeping and we are taking appropriate action as needed.

Thank you for taking a moment to submit a review. Breakfast consists of make your own waffles, yogurt, 3 types of bread, hot and cold cereal, apple and orange juice, milk coffee and tea. Not sure why you say the room smelled as you never brought that to our attention, if you had we would have moved you to a room that did not remind you of a wet dog.

Thank you for the nice rating. The rooms are older, however we do have new flooring and beds in all the rooms. We will be updating the furniture in the near future. The breakfast is set by Days Inn Corp and we must follow that.

Breakfast was completely set out, however, it was in the process of being taken down so yes, things looked empty. I understand your frustration with the car issues and such, and I hope that things work out for you.

Mr. Warren, thank you for taking a moment to express your experience at our hotel. I have looked into your stay and remember meeting with you the morning of checkout. As you had informed us the day of arrival, your flight was delayed and you would be in the next morning. While we could not refund your reservation for the night of the 17th, you were able to check in at 9a on the 18th. At no time during your stay or at checkout did you mention any issues you had with the room. The only issue you had was to request a refund for the night your flight was delayed, even though you got to check in 6 hours prior to check in time. Yes, the hotel is older, however, new beds, mattress and flooring have recently been done and issues with smell or cleanliness has not been prevalent in any of the rooms at the hotel.Had you sought assistance with any of the lighting or heating issues you have spoken of, we would have gotten them either fixed or moved you to another room.
