This is the first time we felt compelled to respond to a guest rating. It is a shame you decided to misrepresent your stay. You messaged asking about heating and television before your stay with us because you were dissatisfied with the location you were at. I told you we had cox cable and heating as well as additional room heaters if necessary.. You messaged asking about garden lights before it was even dark, then said never mind as the lights went on automatically. You texted about a loose door handle while I was on a 8 hour flight coming back from a funeral. I responded immediately upon landing and told you I was departing a plane and offered to come immediately (it was a loose set screw) you declined. You texted asking how to turn on the grill, then minutes later said never mind. We responded as soon as possible as we always do. Finally, I did provide a rating giving you the benefit of the doubt. You can rate as you like and as you did,. However misrepresenting our response to your questions is unfair to our small family business. You can see from our other ratings that we are timely and consistent in responding to our guests.
