'Second stay here. The first in 2020. Good location. Staff are friendly. It takes too long to check-in and trying to get through to reception is frustrating. This was an issue in 2020 also. For a hotel this size you would expect more staff. I had to call housekeeping to remove a dirty and stained bath towel. Thankfully, I spotted the brown marks before using the towel. 'I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away.
