It seems very safe and quiet but inside the of the rooms was very unclean. The floors were dark wood probably to hide all the dirt from not cleaning; I have pictures of the spider webs on the base board with bugs and roaches. The shower tub was very nasty I was lucky that I had slippers that I could use to get off the bed and to be able to take a shower with. The sheets were clean but the bed decoration was very nasty like it had food or other spills on it, very gross. But the staff were very cordial and nice.

Maam first and foremost the pool wasn't even up so you can't even comment about the pool, next i do recall we did fix your tv it wasn't broken it just needed to be set on the correct HDMI so the tv would connect and in regards to the bathrooms ma'am we are in the process of renovations but it was clean.

Do not stay here!!!! Locks wouldn’t work, stains on sheets, not cleaned, furniture tore up. Multiple room changes. We just needed somewhere to rest our head while traveling to Florida so it’s not like expectations were high. This is one of the worst place I’ve ever stayed, or attempted to stay. I drove right next-door and pay the price because it was so bad.

Half the outlets and lights didn't work. The TV didn't work. No water pressure in the shower. The tub was clogged. Looks like someone stole the phone out of the room. It's run down overall. We had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready, in the evening. Avoid. This. Place.

The dead bolt wouldn’t slide and the safety “hasp” above it was torn off. The telephone cord was cut. The hair dryer plug had scorch marks and I found a toe nail clipping on the floor. Delightful.

My towels were dirty and obviously not changed from the last guest. There was no tv remote. There was loud noise from other guests right outside my door. The room smelled. My room was not cleaned during my two-day, two-night stay . The only good thing was the price, convenient location and friendly staff. If you are on a budget, this is somewhere to lay your head; otherwise, avoid!

The room was disgusting - the towels were dirty - like they had just folded the used towels. There wasn’t any soap, Kleenex and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The counter had food on it. The mirror was dirty. The bathroom was filthy - the door had splatter all over it. We had booked with Expedia and the reason we selected this hotel was it was pet friendly and we had our dog. When I was checking in they charged an additional $20 which was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel or Expedia site. Avoid this place if you can.

The front desk lady Amy went way beyond to help us. The first room reeked of bleach, the beds were not properly made and was dirty. The second room looked like someone slept in the bed and was dirty. Amy offered to come change the sheets and when doing so we saw a bug jump from the bed. At that point Amy offered a full refund and found another room that she personally inspected, cleaned all surfaces and made sure the beds were ok. We appreciated all of her help and the cooperation of the owner. Our suggestion would be a through cleaning by "Professional trained cleaners" and a through paint job and new carpets. You could easily charge more money for a better quality hotel. People will pay for that!

I made a mistake by about 5 minutes of reserving a hotel room after midnight and they wouldn't honor my night and then my friend went into the bathroom and there were cockroaches in the bathroom

Our rooms are sprayed weekly and checked then signed off by a certified pest control specialist. We assure you other than a possible palmetto bug our rooms do not have "roaches" We do appreciate your feedback.

Wyndham should be ashamed!
The staff should not be blamed for the hotel. The pictures on line are no where near accurate. The furniture is old & worn, the carpet and tile damaged and needing to be replaced, the bathroom rusted, stained tile & grout, tiolet bowl permanently stained and would take 3 flushes for liquid only. The bedding and linens were no better. Cigarette burn joles in the sheets, ratty towels, dirty curtains, pillows flattened due to use. The tv didn't work, we brushed our teeth and washed our hands using bottled water and our beach towels to clean up....i didn't trust the water. Why did we stay the night? It was late. No other area hotels had rooms. The one tome i fidnt read reviews before booking. I trusted the pictures and price. When we checked on they had given our room away, gave us another which hadn't been made up and we slept on our coats and beach towels and left 1st thing in the morning. Im leaving this review and my next review will be directly to Wyndham, this is their problem, responsibility and should be held to a higher standard. Absolutely shameful that they are making these employees at this property hold the bag for them.

Don’t recommend for people that prefer clean place
Upon arrival to use the restroom. Shower still wet with hair inside. There were no clean towels or washcloths. Had to ask for towels which someone had to bring. The previous customer hygiene products were left on the sink. With their hair and dirt on it. Please refer to pictures. I didn’t shower here or use the bathroom at all just to be safe

The bathroom was not clean with some liquid wast on the floor the light didn't work in the bathroom, I told the staff they said to jiggle the switch a couple of times!! There were roaches in the room the iron broke in my hands.

room was filthy and bot cleaned. Sheets were dirty with stains from human fluids. Toilet had fecis under the seat, and floors had trash but no waste basket if we had picked it up. i could go on but the point is made. This room ranked as the worst room at any price i have been in during my 50 years of business and personal travel. The poor clerck was doing her best to accomodate guests with moves to other rooms as we were not the only ones having issues.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL, CUSTOMER SERVICE 0%, NO RETURNS!
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, after checking into the hotel I realized the television didn't work. Large rips, holes in curtains. I looked for a hotel phone to call front desk but it wasn't connected. I walked to the front desk and I was told someone would be to my room in 10-15min. No one ever arrived, refrigerator wasn't working had a HORRENDOUS SMELL.I purchased a meal had to throw it away because no working refrigerator. Bathroom didn’t have a working light fixture.

Filthy. We checked in late in the evening & there was trash under the foot of both beds, trash in trash can with clean empty bag put in over top of it, make-up on sink counter, moldy coffee bag left in coffee maker, trash in bedside table, pink residue in clothes drawers. The front desk person the only one there. They were very nice & apologetic & tried to be helpful as best a they could, offered us another room but it smelled like urine. I really should have asked for a refund but we had nowhere else to go that late in the evening.

Filthy dirty!
This was the most disgusting motel my wife and I ever stayed in. Filth and disrepairs. Dirty sink with hair in it. A bathroom floor that was dirty and appeared to not be wahed in years. Buckled flooring. A shotty repaired hair dryer. A moke alarm torn off the wall. Front door disgustingly dirty. Worn out toilet seat. Romove smelled of mildew. Mold on bedframe. Coffee maker had pot missing.Refrigerator had broken shelve. I could keep going on. Do not stay here!
