'My teen daughters and I stayed here for spring break. The place is very cute and extremely clean - which is one of my main priorities. It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group.'

'We love this condo at Texas Motor Speedway. It’s so convenient to the track and the outlets but also to Roanoke for dinner or groceries! It’s stocked with everything you need -especially nice for the times we’re using it for basically a hotel - it has coffe and paper goods! I hate the ones that say one roll of paper so you need to bring or go buy your own!! This one has it all and the owner text to check on us as well!! Will definitely stay here again!!!'

'I’m a CO grandma, that’s been looking for a WHILE, for a reasonably priced condo, with a garage, to get out of the snow for a month. Family is 3 miles away, so we could easily go back and forth. Restaurants and grocery stores VERY close. Hubs flew down for a week during the 4 weeks and 2 grandkids spent the night on the weekends on the sofa bed. The unit is tiny, but we all loved it. It’s quiet and I felt comfortable and safe. Nice floors, granite and appliances. Loved the fenced in patio....

The wifi password was incorrect in the information and apparently the cleaning people had the wrong check out date so they just opened the door and came in. 'Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!'

'The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Only negatives were the $100 hold on card and $7 parking which neither was stated prior to room purchase. Other than that, highly recommend. '
