Perfect for a family or two couples. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. There's a binder of information that helped us get acquainted with things nearby. 'We loved Greg’s home, my family felt very comfortable. We fished ( catfish on minnows ), shot poole and watched our Mavs win on Greg’s big screens in and outside. Outside fireplace led to S’mores and midnight conversations. Loved it!!'

'This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!'

'The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.'

'Overall the property has so much to offer and is on a great part of the lake. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and had to continually follow up and only ended up getting in an hour early, which was disappointing. I wish the inside felt a little cleaner and it would've been nice to have the outside areas washed down prior to our arrival(lots of cobwebs and spiders). The kitchen was just as described and offered all the necessities. I appreciated the extra paper products/ cleaning...

'This home had so many great features - but by far the location and view were exceptional. The home had great furnishings, comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked with accessories. There was not one thing that we needed that we could not find in the home - not to mention the ease of having an elevator. The Management Team was helpful and prompt - and check in instructions were extremely clear and easy. Cannot say enough great things about this home!'

'We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. We paid to heat the pool and it was worth it. Easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommend Junction Prime for a special dinner. The food was surprisingly good! Great...

'Cons: The bathrooms aren't attached to any bedrooms. No kitchen sink disposal. Pros: Everything else! The house is just as advertised - a perfect little getaway home with a huge waterfront on a manmade cove. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Linens were provided, plentiful and good quality. The yard was mowed and landscaping was beautiful. Housekeeping was spotless and the kitchen might be the most fully stocked with utensils, dishes and spices of any house that we have rented....
