'First of all we do not recommend a trike bike for the trail ride. Go with two wheels. There are a few stories to tell but I wont go there. The house was great. Beautiful location! Very clean, stocked with just about everything you need. The pool wasn’t officially opened when we stayed at house but we were able to take advantage and spend our first afternoon hanging by the pool. The only suggestion I have is putting TVs in the bedrooms.'

'The house is beautiful, as is the surrounding landscape. The views from the hot tub of the mountains were amazing! We had a great time playing games by the fireplace and watching movies in the theater downstairs. Our group had a great time and would love to return, especially with how accommodating the management was when we had to go back after check out to retrieve something we left behind. 10/10 would recommend this stay!'

'Nice location in proximity of West Jefferson and Lansing. The Lansing Creeper Trail Park was nice (go to the other side of the creek for a more rustic walk) and Mount Jefferson State Park Luther Rock spur had some fantastic views. 'My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. For sure one of the most amazing views we have ever gotten in a mountain home. The owners were excellent about responding to our needs and questions and the home was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be able to return one day.'

'Pros: ☆Beautiful unit overall ☆Extremely responsive owner ☆Very accurate advertising ☆Easy check in process Opportunity Areas: ☆Water conservation requirements should be included in advertisement or disclosed while in refund period ☆Couch in main living room needs to replaced or swapped out with the one in the basement. It has no support. ☆Cleaners could have done a better job with the details. Examples: Refill soap dispensers with soap not water, provide at least one or two full replacement...

'Lovely location and setup. Worked well for people with bad knees (only one couple) with the main floor master. Kids. Loved the games downstairs and the bunk beds. Quiet, fully stocked kitchen. Worth coming back to.'

'Very nice cabin, could have been a little cleaner and no dishwasher, also , some of amenities very lacking, extremely small bar soap in bathrooms, only 1 had liquid dispenser, no shampoos, etc, but overall very pleasant stay.'

'Enjoyed this cozy cabin on beautiful riverfront lot. 15 minutes or so off the main road and would definitely want 4-wheel drive if visiting in winter. Walk out ground floor level is not included in the rental but plenty of space on main floor and in loft master suite. It is not a new property but is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely consider for a future visit.'

'The cabin was a great place to stay while adventuring in Grayson Highlands State Park and riding down the Virginia Creeper bike trail. The setting is peaceful and we enjoyed watching deer and wild turkeys while sitting on the back deck. The cabin was clean and as described. We took the recommendations of the owner and bought basic groceries and had dinner in Lansing. We would recommend this cabin to friends and hope to return in the future!'

'Beautiful views and nice amenities. We enjoyed a hot tub sunset looking at the beautiful mountains! It was within 15 minutes of the state park for nice hiking and downtown West Jefferson, which is a very viable small town.'
