Lovely holiday!
We had a lovely holiday in Pascual's property. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches. The house was perfect for 3 friends and the pool was great. The only thing was the shower in the main bathroom leaked. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were perfect. We would definitely return.

You get what you pay for
Villa was nice and in a great location however the pool was to far away and it felt like I was intruding when I walked over to it as it was past 2 other villas so I did not use it, the beds were memory foam and to hard, cushions also very hard. The shower had very little pressure and so took some time to wash hair etc, but the villa was well equipped and a very good price, we enjoyed our week and used the buses to and from the airport, much cheaper and very easy, bus number 161 with airline on back so thank you Pasquel for the use of your villa .

Great Location
My wife and I have just returned from a 9 day stay at the villa. Everything is as advertised, a great location less than 5mins walk to the nearest supermarket bars and restaurants. Pascual the owner was an excellent host and is always at hand for any queries you may have. We will definitely be back.

Great Location
We had a lovely 2 weeks break at Pascul's villa. Pascul was on hand to answer any queries we had. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was great and shared between three villas. Perfect location with a short walk into town and the playa flamingo beach.

We loved playa Blanca and the location of the villa was superb. The villa was as it was advertised. And all communication with the owner was brilliant. Loved it and would definitely go back. Children loved the pool and the jacuzzi and our private terrace for sunbathing.

Lovely spacious villa with all that you need. Lots of outside space too. We had a nice stay but tv signal was too weak for us to watch it. Husband was unwell so would of been good for him if it had of worked. We don’t normally want to watch tv on holiday. We had a couple of other issues. Didnt use the pool as was freezing cold. Meant to be heated !

A comfortable stay everything we needed was there, maybe the beds needed to be replaced but we're used to a harder bed! Pascal is lovely and also Santiago who owns 27 & 28, fabulous location to front town and a 5min walk to flamingo beach and a 10 min walk to the high street all in all a very comfortable stay

Lovely Lanzarote
The location is excellent as it is in close proximity of all the shops, bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca and Playa Flamingo. The pool was clean and of a good size. No issues with sharing with the other 2 villas. Nice to be in a gated residential area. Scooter access, Spar, Pharmacy all very near by too. Excursion to Taminfaya National Park was excellent. Good access to the buses too and only €3.30 each to get to the Airport on the bus from Playa Blanca. Really enjoyable stay.

Attractive exterior, spacious bedrooms with mosquito netting, a very comfortable , very spacious dining area and lounge, iptv tv, the light floods into the villa from large windows, lots of books etc, kitchen a little cramped but you are so near the front(635 steps to Snoopys Sports Bar and seaviews!) Pascual the owner was a hardworking GENTLEMAN and very helpful with info. Las Terracitas is a gated little complex and peaceful with friendly residents but so close to the promenade and waterparks. All four of us would recommend this property!!

Unterkunft in guter Lage mit kleinen Schwächen
Geräumiges Haus in einer hübschen Wohnanlage, in guter Lage zum Meer und zum Zentrum von Playa Blanca. Pool, Terrasse und Außenanlagen sind schön und privat. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Es gibt kleinere Mängel (wie z.B.: defekte Duschstangen-Halterung, defekte Duschablage, klemmende Fenster etc.). Wir haben aber darüber hinweggesehen und hatten trotzdem einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort!

Paschal's place at no29 is all you require, right in the heart of Playa Blanca. Shared pool with 27 & 28 is a definite bonus - but the location to town is fantastic. Special mention for Pam & Santiago who were always on hand to ensure our holiday went without any drama.

Playa Blanca 2021
The property was in a great location, just two minutes walk from the front and about 8 minutes from the start of the town. There is a Spar supermarket two minutes away with a good range of items. The villa was spacious with plenty of seating, both bathrooms have been modernised and there was plenty of hot water available for showers. Pascual was very attentive and any requests were dealt with quickly. The outside area was also spacious with seating and sun brolly. Overall great location, good accommodation and an attentive host.

Great Location
Playa Blanca is an easy place to have a holiday and this villa just makes life even easier. It is a great location for the old town and an easy walk to the marina or in the other direction to the west of the town. We didn't use the pool so can't comment but it looked great. We had everything that we needed in the villa - even down to the electric fire which was needed some chilly evenings in December.

Lots of backwards and forwards due to Covid-19 with Pascual (owner and also runs Snoopy's bar in PB). We are out of pocket, due to no holiday and an owner who seemly has no VV licence which they care to share when we eventually asked.

This is a great house in a great location to spend your holidays. The owner is Pascuala and he lives close by and so is available if a small issue arrives. The house itself is spacious with lots of sunbeds , tables and places to take a break from the sun. It's within 5 minutes walking distance of Playa Blanca town centre and all of the restaurants you could possibly want. The communal pool is almost outside the back door but as this area is exclusiev, there is not any bother with noise disturbance. The bedrooms are very good and comfortable. One has a large en-suite while the other is next to the main bathroom, which is also large. To be honest, our group of 4 couldn't find fault with anything in the house. We had a great time and fully intend booking this property again.

The holiday from hell!!
1. Not fit for purpose as holiday accommodation. Bedroom 3 was a disgrace, infested by mosquitoes, very small, 2.2metres square. My daughter who had slept in that room for one night, got severely bitten by mosquitoes. 2. Broken mosquito screens in bedrooms 1 & 2, so we had to keep windows in bedrooms shut at all times. Also beds in room 2 were very small, only suitable for children. 3. No mechanical ventilation in either bathrooms, and there were no mosquito screens on opening windows. 4. Very difficult/impossible to open/close/lock front and back doors, so considered insecure and unsafe. 5. Overloaded electric extension flexes in both lounge room and kitchen, the latter had only one accessible point served by an extension flex for electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker AND microwave, so considered unsafe. 6. Very poorly equipped kitchen, no decent saucepans. Impossible to use table and four chairs in kitchen in such a small space. 7. Very cold pool,(advertised as heated) 8. Alarm was not working. 9. Poor communication from owner Pascual on site. Three times he did not answer telephone when needed in emergencies. 10. Power blackout on night 3. Had to sort out ourselves, as Pascual did not answer his phone. We had to find fuse box, restore lighting, all before Pascual finally appeared. CONCLUSION We considered this property was completely unfit to stay in for another night. As our daughter had suffered multiple mosquito bites, well over 100, and with advice from the local pharmacy, we decided that we had no alternative but to return home early after only three nights, to seek medical advice from our own doctor. We therefore felt justified in claiming a full refund, plus the expense of changing our return flights. Finally, I feel very sad to have to write this bad review, as we actually loved the Canary Islands, and this was our first visit. We had one very happy and successful week on the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, before transferring to Lanzarote, and 29 Las Terracitas!!

Well situated villa

Lovely villa in a great location
We had a fantastic time staying in Pascual’s villa. It was clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The villa was spacious enough for my family if 5, the terrace was lovely especially the swinging chair and the pool as brilliant. Great location with only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Definitely one of the best holiday we ve had! Thanks Pascual for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

La peggiore casa che ho affittato a Lanzarote
La casa non è adatta assolutamente a 6 persone . La terza camera sarà stata non più di 2m x 2m . Ci hanno infilato due letti . Impossibile anche entrare o aprire quella specie di armadio che si trovava in fondo . Eravamo in casa in due famiglie per cui anche semplicemente cambiarsi era un’impresa! Il water di uno dei bagni era talmente vecchio che il proprietario non ha potuto fare a meno di accogliere la nostra richiesta di cambiarlo . Per cui la prima sera abbiamo avuto i muratori in casa! La pulizia della casa lasciava a desiderare . Il copri materasso di uno dei due letti che c’erano nell’improponibile camera era andato a male ! Tavolo e sedie erano x 4 per cui abbiamo dovuto improvvisare utilizzando le sdraio ( anche quelle mezze arrugginite ) per mangiare tutti insieme! Il cortile esterno non prevedeva neanche un tavolo per mangiare fuori cosa che , in una casa al mare è fondamentale , per cui anche su quello abbiamo improvvisato . Veniamo in vacanza a Lanzarote da 8 anni. Questa è in assoluto la casa peggiore che abbiamo avuto !

Me ha parecido unas vacaciones formidables, nos hemos relajado mucho, disfrutado mucho de la piscina y como no con Pascual todo perfecto siempre nos aconsejaba en que poder hacer. Muchas gracias por estos días.
