'Loved that the property is really modern and fits the rustic mountain aesthetic. It looks like it was a remodel from a previous motel? Has the essentials for a one-night stay. Appreciate the heater in the bathroom. Coming from Texas where 50s is too cold, much needed! Also, LOVVEEEE the beaver mascot on your coasters and notepad!! Cuteee!! My only negative is that there should be some additional lighting from the parking at The Outlook Lodge to the Little Beaver Inn. We weren’t sure at first...

'This certainly made an A+ experience for this 1st time VRBO customer. The home was spacious & had every aminity one could need. The area was quiet & serene. The location gave us a pleasant view of the upper limbs of the many pine trees. Perfect view to zone out & reflect or meditate. Hope to return again.'

'I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!'

'We stayed here for 5 days while looking for houses in the area and loved every minute. The space was immaculate. We didn't need anything other than a few groceries. The hosts were very welcoming and left extensive directions for everything, including recommendations on the local area for dining and activities. Very peaceful and quiet. The spacious deck was amazing - I even worked from there most of the stay. Deer would come through the yard every day and we even saw a family of fox with 5 pups...

'Only good things to say!!!! The space was enormous and immaculate. Dressed all in white it felt pristine. One bedroom had a king and a "full" fold down futon. The second bedroom had a bunk and a full bed and the livingroom sofa that could sleep 4/5 people. If you have a LARGE crew, this is the place for you...lots of sleeping space. There were lovely upscale touches, like Calvin Klien Towels, Starbucks coffee mugs, the cutest "ball" mason jars for glasses, lovely wine glasses and a gorgeous...

'We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.'

'Originally I booked the airstream as a surprise for my anniversary, and unfortunately the heating element went out so Guillermo was SO nice and upgraded us to his cabañita and it was just beautiful. The community was cute but it also felt very private and the hot tub was awesome! Also went out of his way to make it special and decorated!'

'We just love staying here as it’s close to the entertainment but just far enough off by a park that it's quiet. You can easily get to trails in the area and it’s so nice to be able to get back, shower and be able to enjoy the rest of the afternoon checking out the shops and great food. This place has everything you need including outdoor area when you just want to relax.'
