'Mooie grote woning, wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen van 6, bijna 4 en bijna 11 maanden! Voor iedereen was er een eigen slaapkamer met badkamer! Ruime woonkamer met voldoende zit ruimte. Keuken ook prima, voldoende borden, pannen, bestek ect, met vaatwasser en wasmachine! Ook buiten voldoende ruimte om met z'n allen te zitten, zwembad prima, zeker voor de kinderen die hier heel erg veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt! Er was ook een barbecue, waar we ook veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt!...

'This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it.'

'This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!'

'We stayed for three weeks in December 23 Overall we enjoyed staying at this property, a few things needed attention, a very badly burnt microwave which was only replaced after two weeks. The lighting system was chaotic, we never managed to work out which switch did which light! The entrance needed a good clean.. Pillows needed replacing. The size of the property was perfect, close enough to walk to the local shops. Lots of beautiful light! Fantastic having two kitchens, plenty of pans,...

'Tough to get a hold of at first but once we exchanged WhatsApp numbers he was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and he took care of the issue with swiftness and even refunded a night while things were sorted out. Overall nice place and as listed. Parking was a bit tough but we got used to the tight driveway by the end of it. :-)'

'The communication with the owner doesn’t exist. Doesn’t replay to nothing, not even in the check-out!!! The explanation for check-in was difficult. The house is dirty and old. Many things are broken. It’s not 200m from the beach.'

'The owner was so generous. Had food and drinks ready for us and let us check out 5 hours late with no charge. She was super nice and accommodating. Made sure everything was perfect. The best place ive stayed yet'

'Everything with the house was accurate according to the listing. Pool guy came twice during the week. Only thing we missed was a pizza shovel for the pizza oven. But since we where the first ones to use the pizza stove it may not be a problem for other guest 😉'

'Hotel is erg verouderd en heel basic. We hadden formule met ontbijt en wegens verbouwingen moesten we naar een ander hotel om te ontbijten. Dit was gelukkig een veel beter en aangenamer hotel, met een echt schitterend gevarieerd en verzorgd ontbijt! Enkel de ligging en de vriendelijke ontvangst waren een pluspunt.'
