Staff was friendly & helpful. Facility was obviously not taken care of. Tiles missing in the breakfast room adjacent to lobby. Room has spots on carpet, spots on bed comforter, marks on the wall in multiple places due to furniture being banged, slid against walls. Bathroom room door hard to close due to sticking. Looked like someone had tried to trim it with a jigsaw. Room window looked out over an adjacent lot that looked as if squatters had been staying there. All in all looked like a typical hotel in a college town that had gone past its expiration date before a remodel.

I did not enjoy our stay. Everything was so dirty especially the room we stayed in. When we lifted the sofa bed out, there was empty wrappers and crumbs everywhere. These people do not clean, beware.

This place was quiet and very convenient for a stop off the 10 freeway. Breakfast was great and started early (5:30am) which was perfect for our depature. Only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable but the hotel needs a deep cleaning and better repairs. Such as dirty hand prints on the bathroom wall on the wallpaper. Tub floor looked dirty. And old patches fixing a hole in the wall and screw holes in the ceiling. I would likely pick something different the next time I drive through this area.

Hotel needs some upgrades, too expensive for its condition, then at breakfast time you need to request a code to the receptionist to use the restroom and she wasnt there, there is no bell or any way to call her as you are standing there, waited for a couple of minutes and had to go and look for another employee to provide me the code, breakfast was good and the breakfast crew was excelent and very friendly, parking lot had a lot of containers occupying parking spots and there was no parking spots for guessts and no direction on what to do or where to go and park.

The room was very dirty the walls were smashed in around the toe boards. The carpet looked to be old. The smell of Marijuana outside the build could choke you.

Comfortable beds but overall poor condition of the hotel. Stains and tile ripped up in spots. Plus the hotel is right by the train tracks and the train came by at 2 am blowing its whistle!

Good nice size room for my family of 5, we really enjoy the hot tub and pool, the breakfast is very good, the only downside is that our TV wasn't working and they just said they couldn't do anything, also the wifi wasn't working

This place was gross. The pictures they have advertising the rooms is deceiving. We've stayed in better for cheaper. $147 a night for a room with nasty carpet, dirty walls, stains on the chairs. Like if someone used the ottoman for a sexual experience. We always check beds for bed bugs at hotels and when I moved the mattress you can tell they never have changed the bed skirt. It had dust and hairs all over. The mini fridge wouldn't get cold enough to safely keep food in either. We Called down and asked if they had towels at the pool or if we needed to take some from the room. Was told they had towels. We get to the pool no towels. Asked house keeping for towels from her cart. She said the towels for the pool would be ready within 30 minutes. We hung out at the pool for over 30 minutes still no towels were brought to the pool. We had to walk back to our rooms wet, no towels. The only two things about this place that was good was the breakfast, and the noon check out time.

I have always trusted Holiday Inn Express to be clean and well-maintained…until now. This hotel looks like it once was quite nice, but is now pretty tired and worn. Maybe they are getting ready to renovate as there were baseboards and such missing in some areas. One of the weird things was that our bathroom door was tough to open as it scraped along the floor. I will just attach some photos to explain my concerns.

Overall, a great place to stay. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities were great. The breakfast was great and well maintained by staff. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. My first time with Holiday Inn. I'll be back. I give 4 of 5 stars because my hot tub had two jets not working, and all nozzles were chipped/broken. Leaving the tub jet flow not working to it's full capacity. Disappointing. The bathroom vanity light was burned out as well. That's a small complaint, but it would have helped.

Stay was fine. But they canceled my room because I didn’t check in on time do to my flight being delayed. I called the hotel several times explaining the situation and that I was coming. Still they canceled and I had to pay for room again and now I have to try to get a refund from first booking

Only one employee running the front desk and everything else. No one at the front desk for check in, had to wait. Nice staff though, just seemed understaffed. Room furniture in poor condition. Broke leg on table, wood chipped up on furniture. Jacuzzi tub framing wood falling apart.
