'Hotel room not bad was just disappointed that instead of having a freezer to refreeze my ice packs I had to make arrangements to refreeze the ice packs in another location. Since it wasn’t in my room it was just an inconvenience for our travels. We were tired and exhausted and just wanted to relax but instead we had to run back and forth from the 3rd floor to the check in counter which shouldn’t have been necessary if the refrigerator had just had a freezer in our room'

'The property was very convenient to my seminar. The staff on Friday 4/26/2024 was excellent. She was prompt and polite. She informed me that coffee was available for 24 hours. On Sunday morning, I went for coffee at 5 AM, and Jonathon informed me that breakfast was from 6-9 am. I explained that I had coffee the previous morning at 5 am and he repeated, Breakfast is from 6-9 AM so I had to wait until 6 AM for coffee. The room was clean and charming. '

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'We had a flat tire on way to Las Cruces on Sunday and had to stay in Pecos because everything was closed since Sunday. We did not stay at your hotel, but we were looking forward to it. Maybe next year👍. We had to continue on this morning after tire was replaced to Santa Fe. We passed your hotel on highway, looks nice, great location. '

'Drie dagen in deze inn is teveel. Kamers worden niet schoongemaakt en eigenlijk waren ze al niet te proper. Positief is de ligging en de prijs maar verder ga je daar best niet teveel zoeken '
