De accommodatie is zeer goed gelegen, vlak naast de MGM Grand. Je mag hier geen grote luxe verwachten, maar op zich is alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Alleen zijn we een dag vroeger vertrokken omdat we na drie dagen nog steeds geen “housekeeping” gezien hadden. Nochtans hebben we hier dagelijks voor gebeld en werd ons telkens beloofd dat ze onmiddellijk zouden komen. De klachten die ik vaak las over de lift kan ik niet bevestigen. We hebben 1 keer 5 minuten gewacht op de lift, wat op dat ogenblik lang leek. Verder was de lift telkens onmiddellijk beschikbaar. Sommige dealers waren wat onvriendelijk, maar ook dit was meer uitzondering dan regel. Algemeen gezien waren ze zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam voor de minder ervaren speler.

Front desk staff not friendly. We booked a king bed, we got to our room it was 2 double beds, they did not say anything when we checked in when we ask they said they ran out of king beds. The room was not very clean mainly the bathroom. Sink and toilet were not cleaned.

Elevators never working. The tub would back up when I would shower so I would have to wait for it to drain before I could wash my ankles and feet and would have to do one at a time because it would backup so fast.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! This was the worst experience by far I have ever encountered at a “resort”. The elevator was constantly out of service and our room was on the 16th floor. We never had our room serviced, not one time while we stayed. We had to keep calling and asking for more towels and for them to empty the trash; we were there for 4 nights. The gym was closed and they never disclosed this to us. When we approached the front desk about this, they offered us free buy one get one drink tickets. Um, We don't drink. We wanted to use the gym, hence the resort fee. I’ll never stay here ever again. Customer service is horrible and not worth a penny of the money I paid to stay here.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen, musste 3 mal das Zimmer wechseln, danach war immer noch nicht alles in Ordnung, Sauberkeit schlecht, Roomservice schlecht,Lampen defekt,Aufzüge ständig defekt. Im ersten Zimmer viel zu laut, Fenster defekt, stand offen konnte nicht geschlossen werden, zweites Zimmer Toilette defekt und in allen 3 Zimmern die Lampen teilweise defekt. Habe nur dort geschlafen, und Kaffee getrunken der Rest habe ich nicht ausprobiert, das Hotel sollte nicht mehr angeboten werden, entspricht nicht dem Standart den man sich wünscht für diesen Preis. Einfach lächerlich die Anlage.

Love this place. Rooms are nice (but not made up every day so that was a bit of a bummer), the people are WONDERFUL, the casino has an almost intimate feel to it because it's smaller, the food was really quite good. We will definitely be recommending it to friends and we will definitely be returning!

Great staff the accommodations are a little outdated but doable. Love the fact that we don't have to walk a mile to our rooms and recreational areas. Elevators are a little slow stairs are far away and creepy. Would like to see more food choices for us all nighters. We had no problems checking in early (10am w/fee) or checking out express. Walkin distance to most attractions. Totally would stay again!

I know the staff tried their best however it is the condition of the building that is the issue. The elevator is not reliable at all. We had to walk through the staircase and it was not pleasant.The gym was under renovation so we could not use it. The rooms especially the airconditioner is ancient. Tne only updated thing in the room is the smoke detector.The TV was not working. Again, the staff tried their best but the building needs to have a renovation.

Property is close to the strip and big casinos but is in need of a refurbishment. Only one elevator was working out of three during the stay and the room door looked as though it had been kicked in at some point. Not very clean or new feeling. Fairly cheap but still charged parking for every day of the stay and also a “resort fee” the dining is pretty limited and not great for breakfast. The pool area is nice with two pools but only one was heated and the hours weren’t that convenient. 9:00 am to 7:00 I think? All in all this is a budget hotel that is a bit rundown. If you don’t plan on spending much time in the room or don’t have your kids with you (like we did) it’s ok.

They charge extra $50 daily for amenities. Amenities are normally included every where else. Pubic hairs and filthy bathroom shower curtain. Elevator on third floor was unavailable. Stairs stop on 2nd floor. Fire escape charts are not available. Sad situation.

Easy walking distance to the strip and close to the airport. This property is very dated. The elevator to floors 1-10 only had 1 out of 2 working for 3 of the days I stayed. The elevators from floors up to 19, had 2 of 3 elevators work finally on Saturday in the afternoon. The room lamps only had 1 which had the knob to click on. The bathroom was very dirty and need new molding for the tub as was mildewy. Table in the room was dirty and was glad I had Lysol wipes. Bed was comfortable.

Elevators are a death trap. Doors open and close spontaneously. Buttons light up randomly including the emergency fire department. Takes you to random floors and then the doors get stuck and don't open. We decided to take the stairs 15 floors down when we checked out and it was way better and faster. Unfortunately there's no stairs from the 2nd floor to the first and we quickly found out other people were also doing the same. We had to take the elevator down one floor and we couldn't get out fast enough.

0 stars if I could. Room was filthy, they lost a package that was delivered for me, and was charged an early check-in fee despite me calling in ahead of time and being promised there would be no fee. Decided to give them a chance despite the near-unanimous 1-star reviews. Never again. If you're travelling on a budget, the next step up will absolutely be worth it, avoid this place like the plague.

I didn't get the room i booked something about it being reserved by a third party which would be Expedia i had too pay for a room with my card and was charged 200 dollars and deposit i took pictures of the bugs on the wall shower drain took forever to go down not the best experience

Once you got to the third floor you were forced to take the stairs down as the buttons were smashed into the wall and would not call the elevator.

The elevator buttons on the 3rd floor Oceanside Tower were broken and pushed in and would not call the elevator to the floor. To be able to leave the 3rd floor we had to use the stairs.

This property is poorly maintained and requires a major reno. The wooden floor outside the elevator on my floor was badly buckled and cracked, with a traffic cone to warn you away. I could easily imagine someone tripping or falling over that. The lobby is dingy. Saving graces: location and a nice-enough desk staff. They got me checked in quickly. I also checked out quickly after a one-night stay.

The smoke smell in casino area is way worse than other hotels. In our room shower, the hot water didn't work! And the key stopped working for the door even though I asked for late checkout. Housekeeping doesn't answer when you call for something either. Elevators don't always work.
