Nice place but
A few things to note if you are staying at this home. None of the bedrooms have closets. This is a problem if you plan to stay for more than a few days. The walls are paper thin you can hear anything going on and is a problem if you have young ones that need a nap. I don't know if we would stay here again but it is a nice place and very close to town.

Perfect for big group
The property was exactly as advertised, both inside and out. The large kitchen with double appliances made it dreamy to cook for a large group. The bedrooms were very quiet with comfortable beds and pillows. The movie theater was just beyond awesome, and we loved playing table shuffleboard and relaxing in the hot tub. We will be back.

Wonderful Place to Stay
This property was a wonderful place to stay. We had a group of 10 people. There was more than enough room for everyone. Double kitchen came in very handy for this large of a group. Property manager was easy to work with. This house was clean and beautiful. We will stay there again.

Spacious Enough for All
What a great time for a mini family reunion of sorts. There was a ton of space in this beautiful wood home and the open family, double kitchen, dining room was perfect for hanging out. The backyard was private with lots of room and grass for games. We loved it and will be back!

What a wonderful place

Wonderful winter stay
The house was perfect. We ended up having a smaller group then expected but could imagine this house would be perfect for a large group as well. Great kitchen with all you need to cook a large family meal. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was awesome after cold day outside.

Just Perfect!
Four generations of our family greatly enjoyed our time at Inspiration Lodge! We had plenty of room. We loved the double kitchen appliances and fit comfortably in the living room and around the tables (indoors & out). The house had so many things to do that we decided to just hang out and play there for a day!! It was also an easy short drive downtown Leavenworth, groceries and gas. Would definitely recommend!

Great house with a few maintenance/neighbor issues
Great spot for multifamily vacations. There were a few "deferred maintenance" issues during our trip which I'm sure can be easily fixed by the owners. There seems to be some tension with the neighbors as evidenced by the signage and the fact that someone walked by and admonished us for being outside one night (we were being VERY quiet; they were clearly looking for problems). Other than that it's great.

Always a Great Reminder that this home is in a residential area and we are fully committed to respecting our full time neighbors. Late night noise in the neighborhood is not tolerated. We explain this in SO many ways: our advertisement, rental agreement, arrival information and yes: signs. I'm sorry you experience a warning that quiet hours are strict.

They have thought of everything needed for a larger group! 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens! Great outdoor space with room to play games and eat outside with shade. Thank you for letting us share your place!

Fantastic for families or groups
This property was amazing and everything lived up to and surpassed the details provided in the description! Our party of 12 had so much room inside for sleeping, dining, and also for spreading out to enjoy the different amenities (theater, game room, living room). And the outside living space…WOW! The covered patio and yard were outstanding; we spent hours each day playing yard games and cards at the table under the misters. Perfect location - - short drive/walk into town and also right next door to the fish hatchery property and lots of great trails! 100% recommend. We will be back!

Best house we have ever rented!
This was a dream come true for our family! Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms, and the back patio and yard were perfect for the kids. We loved the outdoor space for meals and relaxing. The movie room was so fantastic! Close to town but very quiet location!

Wonderful inspiration lodge!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Inspiration/Brunner‘s Lodge in Leavenworth! We had so much beautiful snow and being close to the town of Leavenworth was a huge bonus! This was the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in and we look forward to coming back again!

Amazing and fun experience
What a fabulous space to be in for our annual Leavenworth holiday trip! All the bedrooms, the beautiful/stocked/large kitchen, the huge family table, the hot tub and the private movie theater were just perfect for our group - 4 couples and 3 kids. House was super clean, had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. Thank you for helping us make such great memories!

Very Impressed!!
We absolutely loved this lodge! There were 10 of us, (6 adults, 4 kids, and two tiny dogs). The lodge is cozy, yet very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you’ll need to make delicious meals. Having two of all the appliances and sinks was incredibly convenient especially because we cooked huge meals for the group. A large picnic style table between the kitchen and living room was awesome for meals together too. Our children had a blast in the game room, and the theater is great too. It’s obvious the owners take pride in providing a wonderful space for their guests. Every detail from cleanliness, to baby gates, spare high chairs, pack and plays, outdoor and indoor games, seating, room and bathroom arrangement, and decor was well thought out and appreciated by our group. It’s super close to town, and there’s sleigh rides literally next door. I know others have complained about the 9pm spa cut off, and while it is a bit of a bummer for exhausted mamas not able to use it after the kiddos go to sleep, it’s definitely not a deal breaker and I understand the reasoning. The app they provide was very convenient to reference while planning the trip beforehand and during our stay. Brandon also responded in less than 5 minutes when I texted once to ask a question. We would love to stay at the Inspiration Lodge again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect!
Our family of 8 come to visit Leavenworth during the holidays. This house was absolutely perfect, had everything we needed and more! Close enough to town, toys, tons of cooking utensils. Our kids loved all of the games, including the giant chess board. The only thing that could have been better was the use of the hot tub after 9pm. I thought this was a strange rule, although I understand the desire to want to keep the noise level down in the evenings as the house is close to one neighbor. Hoping to schedule another trip next year and stay in this gorgeous house again.

A great place to stay for my wife’s 50th birthday. We had 6 couples for a long weekend getaway. The house was well appointed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, comfortable beds, lots of seating in the great room and the kitchen is huge so a large group isn’t stepping all over each other.

Perfect family home
The property owners deserve recognition for this home. The home is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen down to entertainment for kids of all ages. The theatre, game room, and indoor and outdoor toys are all an huge added bonus to this very clean and well appointed home. The large kitchen and dining area was great for our large family and we appreciated having double the appliances and ample storage space for everything! We definitely enjoyed our time!

Perfect Small Business Retreat Space
I brought my staff team of 11 to the Lodge for a respite and fun weekend. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their space and the huge common areas allowed us all to gather, laugh, and talk - both inside and outside! What a lovely, well appointed home with such versatility!

Perfect house for large groups
We had 10 adults stay in this spacious home and it worked great for us. The house is set up with plenty of bathrooms, kitchen appliances, dishes, linens, etc. for large groups. The backyard was pleasant and had a great table for eating outside. Indoors had everything we needed and then some. The location was just far enough out of town to feel closer to nature, bit only a five or so minute drive to be in downtown Leavenworth. Our group really enjoyed our stay!

The perfect big family getaway
We absolutely loved our long weekend just outside of downtown Leavenworth. We brought one pup with us and all had plenty of room indoors and outdoors to enjoy beautiful Leavenworth! We were maybe 5 minutes from downtown, horseback riding, and tubing on the river. I would 10/10 come back in a heartbeat - it was just perfect!

This place was wonderful! Plenty of room for kids and dogs to enjoy along with the adults! So many beds that the kids had a hard time picking where they wanted to sleep and who to be with them or if they wanted to be alone! What a wonderful problem to have since our group of 3 families (12 people) usually are more stuck together.

Awesome House
This house was perfect for our 3-night winter getaway. We went with another family and had 4 adults and 5 kids age 5 and under. The layout of the house was perfect: one family upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen was huge with everything we needed. Having two stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers was awesome. The kids loved playing in the huge backward and watching movies in the theater. We would love to come back in the summer!

We were just a family of four and this lodge could accommodate so many more. We loved the house. The kitchen is huge, the game room and movie theater were fun, the hot tub was relaxing. The place was very clean and the owners were communicative. I look forward to post-pandemic times when we can stay with another family and play and explore!

This was a fabulous property. Lots of bedrooms situated in ways different groups can utilize them. All the amenities you could want. Theater was great! Hot tub and backyard with all its activities awesome.

Very nice location and house but beware you need to be very quiet seriously even at 4 in the afternoon. This is tough when you have a group of 12 people.

YES we asked the 21 year olds that show up drunk in our driveway before arrival to be quiet. I immediately called the renter and she assured me she would handle this. I really should have said “good bye” at that moment, but gave her a chance since she was their boss. It was a HUGE mistake hosting this company who brought her 20’s + year olds from her coffee shop for a party. She said it was a company retreat. There was nothing but drinking and loud music all day and into the night. We are not interested in hosting groups like this in our beautiful home and disrupting the neighborhood.

Leavenworth Friend Reunion
It was the first time to Leavenworth for everyone in our 13 person group. We loved everything about it. The house was incredibly comfortable for our whole group - everyone had space and plenty of room. The kitchen made cooking for our large group so easy . The huge fenced backyard Was so great for the kids! And a short walk to the river was so great.

Great getaway!

Enough room for a relaxing and fun time for everyone!
There was enough room and fun for the whole family! With 5 married kids and 5 grandkids, finding a rental home for a weekend together gets challenging. The kitchen and main space was wonderful. Double everything in the kitchen and plenty of dishes made cooking and cleanup a breeze. Games upstairs and in the wonderful covered patio gave lots of options for everyone, aged 3-60. Not a complaint from any of my wonderful, vocal, opinionated family!

Perfect Family Gathering Spot
The home and amenities were one of the best we've had to accommodate our family of 13 ranging in ages from 13 to 85. The kitchen space and amenities worked great for all of our aspiring iron chefs and the 8 bedrooms provided plenty of privacy and beds. The location was super convenient for access to the winter activities and crowds of Leavenworth, or for the serenity of Icicle Creek Canyon.

Amazing Family Getaway
We can't say enough about this home. The indoor accommodations as well as the outdoor amenities are so beautiful & perfectly suited for large family gatherings. Marianne made the rental process so easy. We will definitely be back.

Spacious and beautiful house
This house was wonderful for our family group which included some children. The large back yard and the hot tub were a hit with them! Having eight bedrooms provided lots of privacy and the four bathrooms were plenty. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked. Do bring salt and pepper because there are no spices provided but it does have all the kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans you could ever need. The kids asked if we could come back next year! We enjoyed the fish hatchery, river and hiking trails being right around the corner.
