'The guest house was very peaceful and call me. We were there during a time of bereavement and it was a special place to us. It was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was clean and inviting. The snacks on the kitchen table were a bonus! Communicating with the host and owners was also a plus. 'The Milk Barn was an awesome accommodation! We love picking places that are more rural and this one was perfect! Plenty of room for a couple or small family. The kitchen/house was fully stocked with everything we needed…from picnicking and barbecuing to games and puzzles! Super clean, comfy bed, soft thick towels! Easy access to Nashville, Franklin, and Chattanooga (longer drive). Many historic sites are close by. My wife loved early morning walking the 18-acre property to see the babbling brook...

'We gathered three generations here for a long weekend. The setting was quite lovely, lots of trees and set back from the road for added privacy. There was plenty of room for all the kids and adults to spread out. Weather was great so we spent quite a bit of time on the covered deck. No problem fixing up a family sized breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. If we have another Nashville area family gathering we would definitely stay here again.'

'Mice droppings were in all the beds. Also fresh crusty blood spots on several pillow cases and soaked through to pillows. M&Ms in a bed too. Obviously unwashed bedding. Our food and containers had fresh mouse droppings on them. Survived by using our own things as much as possible. For so much a night to stay there, it was very disappointing!!
