'Nice hotel and really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. I turned up around 18:30 so couldn’t get in the restaurant which was a shame but the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is busy as the gym is obviously popular locally and most are staying in the hotel for work as it’s surrounded by commercial offices and this is why i was there after all. 'We had a great stay in Novotel Leeds, after Ivy House was a total failure, since they didnt let us in. Novotel with their great staff saved the week :-D'

'This has been my first stay in this hotel and I am seriously impressed, from checkin to checkout everything was on point. The breakfast was eclectic, fresh and plentiful. I asked for veggie sausage and said item was provided no bother if fact they were happy to do it. In particular I would like to give Lyzl ( I think that was her name) who was keen to show me the new outside seating area which is very pretty. All in all 10 out of 10 I will be back. '

'Prima hotel, alleen jammer dat wij twee dagen achter elkaar moesten vragen of ze de kamer wilde schoonmaken. Niet fijn als je terug komt van een leuke dag en dan moet je min. een uur wachten voordat je kamer weer netjes is. De locatie is heel goed en is er een heel leuke en gezellige bar. '

'Nice stay. Very conveniently situated next to train station. Some refurbishment going on in hotel but didn't effect us. Bit of a drainage smell in reception area, but didn't waft throughout the hotel. Would stay again. '
