Net en mooi Hotel midden in het centrum en dicht bij het strand de service is goed en het ontbijt. De kamer is ook netjes en schoon!!!

Good hotel in a noisy neighborhood
This is a standard 4* hotel in the center of Kuta very close to nightlife. If you plan to go out in the evening, this hotel is a very convenient choice. But if you want to sleep, you better choose another place to stay, or at least ask a room in the back of the hotel and not near the main street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean.

Nice hotel on a good locationl, very good staff
The hotel is situated on a very good spot. The beach is not far and the hotel itself is on the main street. A simple but proper hotel. Although on the main street, the hotel has long entrance so there are not many problems with traffic et cetera. The first night we stayef in a room in the front of the hotel, which was very noisy. The next day we directly got another room which was not noisy at all. The breakfast was good enough, a little poor but every request we had was very well accepted and performed. A suggestion: traditional Indonesian desserts. Over all the staff of the hotel did their job very well. I was very delighted to stay here.

Area is quite sketchy at night, a group of 3 guys pulled up on bikes and tried to pickpocket us while walking a few minutes from the hotel. Hotel was nice and staff were excellent!

overall it's nice for the price. breakfast is decent but road to hotel is very crowded for a car. On my first day I got a noisy room and requested for a new quieter room. The hotel only managed to give me the new room the next day. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Everyone was more than willing to help with whatever was wanted or needed. Lots of Asian food at Breakfast however the chef would do poached eggs if asked. No bacon available. Noisy at night at times due to other guests and being in the heart of the Kuta night club area. Overall it was amazing, beautiful Spa and pool. Meals served by the pool. Beautiful spacious room and very clean.

Expensive for what you get. Our first room had a leaking air con, maintenance came to fix it and it still leaked, could hear the dripping during the night and had to keep a towel on the floor as I slipped on the water during the night. Could clearly see the water damage on the wall from long-term leaking. I requested a new room and was offered a downgraded room with no mention of a refund for the difference in price, ended up waiting for another room to become available, the ac also leaked in the second room however it was a lot less. The food at this hotel is terrible.

The hotel is in a good location to walk around Kuta and go to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and always there when I needed something. I got a pool side room the sounded cool but was not. The problem is in the day you hear all the people in it and at night I could hear the water spilling over the side and pumps. Also if you open your curtains the restaurant and pool get full view of you room. With the curtains shut the room was very dark.

소음만 상관 안하는 사람이면 여길 추천합니다
위생에 특히나 예민한 사람인데 룸 전반적인 컨디션 괜찮았어요. 피부 예민하신 분은 타월 깔고 침대에 눕는 것을 추천드리구요. 수영장이 좋았어요. 현재 관광객들이 그리 많지 않아서 그런지 조용함을 즐겼구요. 밤만 되면 새벽까지 바로 옆에 있는 클럽에서 음악 소리가 커요. 그거 감안하고도 잘 주무시는 분이 여기 숙박에 머무는 것을 추천드려요. 위치는 너무 좋고 주변에 먹을 곳도 먹고 활동하기 편하고 조식도 좋았고 서비스 왠만한거 다 잘 챙겨주었습니다. 3박 지냈는데 쿠타에서 잘 마무리 했습니다.

The staff is very kind. The room was a good size and nice but when I first came to the room there was some dust where the TV is. I told the staff on my way out and they took care of everything by the time I got back. Excellent location near the nightlife but you didn’t hear any noise in the room. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I can see why people like this hotel so much! Located in the heart of Kuta, you’ve got unlimited food, restaurants, bars, information at the door. The hotel staff and facilities were immaculate, room had very little noise from the lively party strip next door. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks Harper!

욕실물이잘안빠져불편했습니다. 욕실어매니티는사용한후에도 다시리필해주지않고ㅠㅠ 수건이단2장인것도단점. 위치가위치인지라밤새꿍짝쿵짝.

Your feedback is very much appreciated for our improvement. Related to the noises, we apologize as we're located in the most happening area in Kuta we couldn't avoid the loudness.
