I arrived at the property around six in the evening. The person at the desk was video chatting with someone on her phone while she was checking me in. She had an ear bud in one ear and barely said more than two words to me the whole time I was checking in. When I found my room- it was dirty, smelled heavily of marijuana. We had to walk not only up to the second level but half way around the property to get to our room. As someone with lung problems and allergies- I was unable to accept a room in such condition. So I went back to the desk and asked for a refund. The woman who had originally checked me in was sitting in the corner still on the phone and a gentleman assisted me. He said he would move me to another room. The new room was clean and did not smell but the AC did not work and it was 82 degrees outside. So again I went to the desk. He told me they would refund me since they had given me two rooms that were unacceptable. I asked for a receipt. He attempted to help me as the woman (who was still on a video call) coached him. She said Expedia would give me a receipt. She said Expedia would refund me. She coached the gentleman on how to write up a refund ticket which said they owed me $72. Yet they refused to give me a copy. I left the establishment at 12 minutes after six and then had to find an alternative place to stay. I chatted with an employee of Expedias and she told me that that specific hotel owed me a refund- not Expedia. Beware of this SCAM!

The property was horrible staff was rude. Lots of homeless people at night. Drinking and doing drugs. Felt very unsafe. Will never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Note to self, don’t try to go too cheap. This hotel is disgusting. It seems to be filled with homeless people with their dogs and drug addicts. The floor of the room was gritty dirty and I had to rinse down dirt and hair from the shower floor. Thankfully I never turned down the linens on the bed because I did set my bag down on the floor next to the bed. When I went to reach for something in my bag, a bedbug crawled onto my hand! I couldn’t stomach spending the night there so I left and booked a different hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE ! Absolutely filthy!

Didn't stay at the property. I checked into the rooms and just took the hit for paying for the room. The rooms were disgusting and there was several shady people around the property.

It got down to 48 degrees and when asked They said the heat was already turned off. My wife couldn’t shower it was so cold. And limited sleep. Ask about refund and clerk told her no heat no refund. Better check before you stay. My wife did say they had good pillows and clean

We checked in and immediately booked a new hotel ! It looked like the room wasn’t cleaned from before, the door was broke & etc . We definitely will not be back .

So the motel itself was just as you’d expect- a motel. It was clean and functional. The staff provided for our needs- which was basically our room key. We got our night’s sleep (which was desperately needed) and checked out the next day. Someone commented that it was a roach motel but I didn’t see that to be the case- it was clean and functional without evidence of roaches or bed bugs. The area around felt somewhat questionable. Obviously the cheap price is not going to bring in the most desirable clientele, however I did not feel unsafe at all. My adult children (and one almost adult child) slept in one room while my youngest and I shared the second room.

Room amenities are in worst condition. AC is not cooling at all. Room does not have any amenities; no coffee machine, no ironing stuff, no fridge microwave. Chair and table legs are shaking.
