'House was clean and the views were beautiful. My one recommendation is to try to first arrive when it's still daylight. I think it would have been a little tricky if we had first arrived in the evening. After driving up to the house once, it was no problem at night.'

This time, we had a death in the family and I tried to call bluegreen to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes on two serrated calls with no luck on reaching someone. We ended up staying one night out of the three we booked. We were really looking forward to the pool, but found out it is permanently closed due to structural issues. 'Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!'
