'This was our second stay at Harmony Cottage and we love it! It's a perfect little cottage for my husband and I. It's clean, well-appointed, wonderful location, quiet street, and a very good bed. I personally love the walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head. Kitchen is really nice with everything you could possibly need. We'll try to stay there on our next trip to Franklin...probably 2 years down the road when our next grandchild graduates from high school.'

'Nice sized cottage. Had everything we needed. Felt the mattress was in need of being replaced. Wi-Fi was sketchy, but maybe because there were some storms while we were there. Overall it was a very nice place. Super convenient to walk the downtown area.'

'My adult daughter and I stayed here to attend a local Renaissance Festival. This cottage is so peaceful. We could have happily stayed there and never go e out anywhere. Just monites from Franklin and Nolansville, there's lots to see and do. Check in and all other activities were simple, the hosts were considerate and gracious. It was a joy to stay there.'

The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make the meals we wanted. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the porch swing was a real hit. 'My wife and I really enjoyed the two weeks we stayed at Cheri's little place. Besides being as cute as it could be inside, it also has a very nice, completely fenced-in, private backyard with a covered sitting and grille area right outside the back door. We would definitely recommend Cheri's for your stay in Franklin.'

'Great location, very enjoyable walk over the river to downtown Columbia which is a cool little town to grab dinner and drinks. Home was easy and convenient. I’d make sure you ask them to open up the house and turn the air on in advance of your arrival. It was 88 degrees in the house the first evening when we arrived and it took a long while for the AC to kick in; not great sleeping. Other than that it was a pretty awesome rental experience. Would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone...

'Could not enjoy the country setting we expected due to ticks! We did not bring our grandkids out here for that reason. Could not use the AC due to loud noise, but the other unit kept us comfortable, thankfully. Beds were comfortable. Sorry, but would not return.'

'My family (kids- 4,8,and 12) stayed at this property for a wedding (at another venue). This location would be ideal for a wedding, ceremony, or family get together. There are multiple cabins available surrounding a pond all in the middle of God's green earth. There is also river access on the property. It's isolated enough to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but still only 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Trails, fishing, basketball, pickleball, petting horses, and deer...
