Summary:
Totally remodeled, one and half story in the heart of Southland. The open floor plan includes new hardwood flooring, a totally equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, all leading to a new deck off the eat in kitchen. The first floor offers two bedrooms with an updated bath and 2 linen closets. Upstairs you will find 2 very large bedrooms, with great closet space and tons of natural light, sharing a jack and jill bath with 48 inch vanities.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has 2 exterior cameras placed as a doorbell camera, 1 mounted on the corner of the garage. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

The Space:

Perfect for Lexington KY Activities!
The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and you can tell there have been a lot of updates to the property. Thankfully we have been traveling together for many years, so we are used to each others' routines, but only 2 bathrooms for 6 people could get a little tough if you are in a rush between activities. Our only small negative comment is the sliding barn doors on the Jack & Jill bathroom, they offer no privacy with the large gaps between the door and the wall. The location is great for all things Kentucky, easy access to downtown Lexington, multiple distilleries within 30-45 minutes, multiple options for golf! Unfortunately we did not get to try out the hot tub because it was over 90 degrees every day :)

This is a *very* clean, adorable, older home that's been updated throughout! The back deck was the perfect place for having our morning coffee and watching the squirrels run around the yard. We were excited to use the fire pit in the evenings, but the weather didn't cooperate. Seth responded quickly to any questions we had. There were 8 of us, so the dining table would get a little difficult to maneuver around when everyone was in the kitchen/dining space. We moved the table about 3' closer the living room and didn't have any issues after that. We were in town for a 2 day music festival and will definitely try to stay here again, if we bring a group next year!

Fun House with a good location
Was a great house with plenty of space. The fire pit and hot tub were also excellent. Extremely clean and well-kempt. WiFi was slow for speed and a disappointment for streaming and trying to get a little work done on Gmail. The beds were comfy but the pillows flatten out badly after laying on them. The livingroom couch was wide but you sank into it quite badly, needs to be replaced.

The house number on the mailbox is hidden by the tall bush by the front door. It can't be seen from the road. A handrail for elderly on front porch would be helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our time on property. Larger group with enough beds to accommodate all. Everything was labeled nicely and amenities did not disappoint. Would rent again! Notified the owner of a few issues we noticed upon arrival and they were able to send someone over to fix it same day. Loved the responsiveness.
