'Eight of us rode the Kanc and used this house as basecamp, we each ranked it five out of five stars. The living room is awesome and with the windows open the sound of the raging river was the icing on the cake. Kitchen and peninsula made socializing while cooking a breeze. The deck and Adirondack style chairs were the perfect place to relax and hang out after our big ride. Clean, fun layout, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will be back!'

'Excellent home for a group! A big space with bonus common area downstairs. Well maintained and very well stocked kitchen! The Loon Mountain pool, locker rooms, and facilities are a bit dated but absolutely do the job. Highly recommend!'

'Overall, our stay was great. There were some minor frustrations - no cable on any of the bedroom TVs, DVD players only. This was not mentioned one way or the other on the listing, but it was a surprise disappointment. Wii remotes were missing and were not replaced during the time of our stay (3 nights). But since we didn't go on vacation to look at screens, it wasn't a huge deal. The location was quiet for the time of year, which was nice. Great access to lots of fall views. The heat worked...

'The house is walkable to lots of what Lincoln has to offer and a great place to stay. The living room is a perfect place to hang out and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. We will absolutely stay here again.'

'The place was incredibly clean, with all the extras for families to have a great getaway. There were board games for kids of all ages and puzzles too. The porch is so peaceful with an amazing view of the mountain with plenty of seats. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing for the winter time. The loft does get a little hot but the kids loved it! They had all the little things we needed for coffee and cooking which made packing for this trip...

'Deb's townhouse is cleverly designed and quite spacious. Our group, two adults and three children, three to twelve, always had plenty of comfortable space. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything needed, just add your own food... The location is excellent and quite private with plenty of flat space for children to run around safely. The pool is close by and very well kept; there are even floating toys available in the unit. For us this was a great location and the townhouse...

'A lot to enjoy here! Spacious, clean, with both indoor and outdoor pool (though be aware, not heated and VERY cold). But the mattress was easily the worst I've experienced at a hotel in years. Overall, very happy with service, this was what I expected it to be, lovely spot in the White Mountains. But a handful of extras could turn this into an incredible location instead of merely a fine one.'

'Condo was just as described and pictured. Plenty of space to relax after skiing at Loon. Check-in was very easy - received a code on the morning of our arrival to let ourselves in. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and essentials. Great location - easy walk to pool and gym.'

'We had a great time with 20 of us for a 40th bday. The house has plenty of space for every one. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet and safe. Close by is a hiking trail by the river we enjoyed. Would book again!'

'For those looking to do some skiing at Loon Mountain, you cannot beat this house - it is situated just 4 minutes from the base! The home itself has plenty of sleeping and lounging areas, with a big living room and kitchen for our whole group to hang out. It has everything you're looking for in a ski weekend. Patrick is a fantastic host who answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. We even had a small issue with a light that Patrick fixed almost immediately. Couldn't recommend this...

'We spent a relaxing three nights at the treehouse! It snowed while we there which just added to the beauty of the house itself. I appreciated the solid construction and the absolutely beautiful woodwork! Lots of useful and skillfully done details….the cupboards that pull out from the wall, the oversized shower, the beautiful deck! Its proximity to downtown Lincoln/Woodstock was great! Getting to snowshoe spots in the Whites was easy. Kathy responded quickly to questions and gave clear...
