Mooi, proper hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enige nadeel is dat het ontbijt pas om 8u begint en eerder eentonig is.

leuk, maar 4 sterren is het niet waard
Aardig hotel, maar het begon al dat wij betaald hebben voor de familie tegelijk 2 kamers met kitchenette geboekt, maar dat is bij boeking blijkbaar fout gegaan. Kregen 2 standaard kamers zonder voorzieningen. Ook niet bij elkaar, maar op verschillende verdiepingen. Hotel kon ons uiteindelijk 1 kamer met kitchenette geven. Personeel doet alleen maar wat als het iets gevraagd wordt. Ontbijt buffet wordt niet standaard aangevuld, koffiekannen worden koud, dat moet je zelf steeds keer op keer aangeven. Dan wordt het heus wel opgelost, maar ik vindt zo'n piepsysteem niet standaard bij 4 sterren hotel horen. Verder prima verblijf gehad. Hotel is schoon, maar 4 sterren is overrated.

We verblijven graag in Amazonia. Ze hebben verschillende kaners, van groot tot klein. Personeel is super. Afstand tot casino en strand heel klein. Perfect hotel!

We hadden 3 pers kamer geboekt. Bed erbij was klein (te kort) en loeihard kinderbed. Lastig als je met 3 volwassenen bent. 1 deken pp, en toen dat te koud bleek, flink wat moeite moeten doen om extra deken te krijgen. Deze hadden ze zogenaamd niet (bijna hele complex was leeg want we waren hier in april). Maar een deken v een andere kamer was eerst onbespreekbaar. Zelfs om een WC rol te krijgen moesten we moeite doen. Wifi tegen betaling werkt slecht, keukenfaciliteiten te beperkt en oud om iets klaar te maken.

Prachtig hotel met verschrikkelijk personeel.
Op aankomst werden we niet erg aardig ontvangen, er werd half slachting gewezen naar een kamer waar wij dan in zouden verblijven. De kamer zelf is erg comfortabel, wat wel tegenviel is de douche die lekte en daar niet mee op hield. De bedden waren schoon, en de TV en airco werkte goed. De volgende morgen gingen we naar beneden voor ons ontbijt en werd ons erg asociaal gevraagd naar ons verblijfnummer, hiervoor werd niet geëxcuseerd. Het ontbijt is ook niet fantastisch. Over het algemeen een tegenvaller. Ik had veel meer verwacht van een 4 sterren hotel. Ik zou hier niet snel nog een keer verblijven.

Very clean, staff were amazing, lots of stairs but had a chairlift. Very quiet at night but football field very close so lots of activity/cheering. Room was beautiful, we stayed in one of the round rooms pictured. Hotel is showing its age, but we would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the beach and walkway.

É um hotel simpático mas sem condições para ser considerado um 4 estrelas. Não estaria mal para um 3 estrelas! Uma parte dos quartos fica num anexo, o que não se consegue perceber pela publicidade. O anexo é mal concebido e os quartos têm configurações pouco apropriadas a quarto de hotel.

Splurge for one of the round rooms in the original building. Best one is very top floor that you see in the pic - the view...the windows...the patio will be the crescendo of your vacation.The staff is lovely and so welcoming. The breakfast is simple and elegant but the coffee is the star of the meal.

A really great hotel. Nothing fancy, but very clean, central and great staff. Good breakfast, nice pool. A great place for a peaceful stay, but close to where everything is going on. Highly recommended.

Très bon hôtel, accueil chaleureux et bien situé
Accueil excellent et chaleureux, chambre propre (manque petits détails comme bouilloire, thé …) vue exceptionnelle sur la mer direct au réveil. Seul bemol, forte odeur d’égout qui remonte de la douche très fréquemment. + piscine non chauffée à cette période c’est dommage Sans ces deux points je mettais 5/5.

Nice stay in cascais for Ironman 70.3
very big room, with all what you need for cooking. A lot of space in the room. Maybe a little more forniture would be nice. Clean badroom and nice small balcony. All with air cond and next to cascais casino and train station. Just in my room fridge was not working well, some strange colture in the ice space and a sandwitch of who know how many weeks before. They just forgot to clean it ??

Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen
Bien que très central, cet hôtel est situé en léger retrait, ce qui lui assure une grande tranquillité. Il aurait toutefois besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Comme tout y est de couleur pâle, le temps a fait son œuvre et les tissus n’ont pas une apparence propre (bien que je pense qu’ils le soient). Les petits déjeuners en formule buffet sont bons. La végétation autour de la piscine et de l’hôtel est abondante - ce qui est fort joli. Je retournerais à cet hôtel,en nourrissant l’espoir qu’il ait été repeint et que le recouvrement du mobilier ait été changé entretemps.
