Not worthy for a five star hotel
This hotel presented itself as a five star hotel, but the service is that of a 4-star hotel (Eg: no valet service was offered, nobody delivered our bags to the hotel room). The receptionist was rather weak at English and probably because of that, she did not come across as hospitable. She looked annoyed when we asked for a room with a double bed. The room itself was that of a four star hotel and only provided a very small balcony (hardly sufficient for 2 chairs). On the floor, there were several large scratches on the floor due to dragging doors. Again not something you would expect to see in a 5-star hotel. The room did have a nice view over the swimming pool at night. The inside pool of the hotel was nice as well. We were charged 17,5€ per person for the breakfast, which is definitely not worth it. The waiters exerted soft pressure to get us to leave when the closing time had not even yet passed and the freshness of the products was not as you would expect for the price: The croissants were not fresh and the coffee was of the instant kind. The hotel is located in the green hills around Lisbon which offer a nice scenery. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport (40 minutes drive) and at the same time not being in the city of Lisbon. Price/quality wise, Portugal has better hotels to offer.

Een heel fijn hotel om te vertoeven als je wilt relaxen. Het is niet ver van de snelweg en kan vanwege de ligging gebruikt worden als basis voor het reizen naar verschillende streken naar het noorden of zuiden. Buiten het zomer seizoen is het wel heel rustig; weinig gasten en niet zoveel te doen op het complex. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Hotels is erg afgelegen een beetje club med idee, wat wij verschrikkelijk vinden. Was wel een prachtige omgeving als je rust nodig hebt. Auto noodzakelijk anders kun je geen kant op. Stond kindvriendelijke hotel maar er waren amper kinderspeeltoestellen of activiteiten. Avondeten begon om 19.30 uur terwijl het bedtijd was voor onze jongens van 4 en 5 jaar. Eten luxe en veel variatie maar niet culinair. Personeel vriendelijk en onhandig.

Great staff, lovely hotel
In a scenic environment, this hotel offers a variety of luxuries. A very nice pool area which overlooks a wonderful valley and delicious food and drinks to accompany the fantastic views. The staff was very kind and helpful. We spent two nights at this hotel on-route to the south of Portugal but would have wanted to extend our stay at this wonderful hotel.

This resort is lovely -clean, good service, great spa services. It's far from everything, so definitely a more remote getaway/retreat. The beds were not very comfortable, but the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is on a beautiful site, the staff were friendly despite some of the language barrier. Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were really responsive when you made requests. The kids enjoyed the swimming and I enjoyed the spa facilities and we would definitely return.

Tivemos um pequeno constrangimento com os carregadores para o carro eléctrico. Têm 3 mas só 1 estava em funcionamento, e não conseguiram ultrapassar o problema durante a estadia. De resto, correu tudo bem, saliento o pequeno-almoço com horário alargado (até às 11h) e a limpeza no geral.

Magnifique hôtel, chambre très confortable. Deux points à revoir; l'accès à la piscine extérieure est très mal indiqué et pour en revenir pour accéder à l'hôtel c'est pareil... Concernant le buffet du petit déjeuner et à son prix, il est fâcheux que ce qui devrait être chaud est tiède pour ne pas dire froid.

Bel établissement mais des améliorations …
Séjour de 2 semaines en famille. Logement très grand, confortable et propre. Cependant, nous avons trouvé dommage que l’équipement minimaliste ne soit pas à la hauteur d’un resort ( peu de vaisselle, notre logement ne possédait pas de mobilier extérieur table, chaises et transats …). À savoir également, que le resort est composé essentiellement de logements de propriétaires privés. Nous avions un chien dans le logement annexe qui a aboyé quasi tous les matins dès 07h00 et plusieurs fois dans la journée et quand la deuxième semaine nous avons demandé à la réception s’ils pouvaient faire qq chose, la réponse a été: « le logement ne nous appartient pas » ! Quant au service ménage très efficace, passe 3 fois par semaine (bien suffisant) mais vous ne savez ni les jours et parfois 2 jours d’affilé et pas le reste de la semaine. Bref des pistes d’amélioration car la structure a tout pour être très bien.

Pleasant stay with minor flaws
We had a nice stay. Newer and clean room with comfortable bed and a balcony with gorgeous views of the pool, the vineyard and golf course.(we booked a deluxe king room). The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Great breakfast. Only complaint is that the bathroom is a bit awkward. It has nice size shower and even a big bathtub, which left uncomfortably tight space for the sink and even so for the toilet. Also, during our stay there were a couple of large groups staying there causing some noise and delays in the restaurant. (unfortunately there are not many other options for dinner close by)

Luxury at its best.
I called the day before to inquire about early check in as we were attending a wedding nearby and Pedro was very helpful granting us an early check in of an hour. On arrival, check in was quick and effortless. The room was stunning and spacious and had a lovely view and terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. We had a quick bite and swim at the pool cafe, which was tasty and refreshing. We then attended our wedding that evening and again, thanks to the reception staff organised us our taxis. The following day spent the day lounging at the pool. The staff organised a TV for me to watch the Grand Prix and then we dined in the garden cafe, which was also lovely. My only negative was not staying longer. Excellent experience from beginning to the end.

El Resort se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y muy bonito. Está muy cuidado y el personal es realmente encantador, sobre todo los de hosteleria. Aunque todo el reciento está muy limpio y cuidado, las habitaciones deberían modernizarse. Tuvimos que perseguir a las señoras de la limpieza porque en dos días dejaban la habiación sin limpiar.

A estadia não ocorreu bem. Existem situações assim, mas o Ar condicionado nao funcionava e a agua do chuveiro caia às pingas. Não é expectável num hotel desta classificação.

A pesar de las circunstancias, por todo lo relativo a la pandemia, la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Tan solo el primer día hubo algún problema con la espera para ser sentados al desayuno, algo que se solucionó bien y no volvió a ocurrir en toda la estancia. Instalaciones bien, pero sobre todo quiero valorar el servicio, no ha sido un 10 sino un 20: extraordinario
