Nice hotel with friendly staff in a quite neighbourhood just outside the center. The Pastel de Nata they serve for breakfast was one of the best we had in Portugal. Please keep in mind that you can hear a lot of sound in your room from outside (traffic, construction work, water pipes). Not super annoying, unless you are sensible.

Goed hotel, heel goede ligging.
Over het algemeen was het een goed hotel, behalve een paar minpuntjes : - geen stopcontacten bij bed, geen nachtkastje (tafeltje) - de WC-rol hanger hing heel laag bij de grond, waardoor het niet makkelijk was om WC-papier te nemen. Pluspunten : + lekker ontbijt + vriendelijk personeel + dicht bij openbaar vervoer

Prima hotel voor een stedentrip
Leuk hotel met prima voorzieningen. Ontbijt is goed, een goede lounge en prima wifi dekking. Daarnaast ook een computer om online te kunnen inchecken en boardingpasses worden door de receptie geprint en mogelijkheden om bagage achter slot en grendel achter te laten als je uitgecheckt bent. Hotelpersoneel erg vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. De kamers zijn prima qua ruimte en voorzieningen (wij hadden zelfs een bad). Enige nadeel is een betonnen paal aan het eind van de bedden midden in de kamer, maar goed daar kan je omheen lopen. Daarnaast geen restaurant in het hotel zelf, er tegenover en om de hoek gelukkig wel 3 dus als je in de buurt van het hotel wilt eten is daartoe een mogelijkheid. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 1,5 á 2 km lopen van het centrum van lissabon. Metrostation en bushaltes om de hoeken dus een prima uitvalsbasis om lissabon en omgeving te verkennen. Wij hebben veel lopend gedaan en dat is goed te doen (die heuvels en trappen moet je in Lissaon toch voor lief nemen). Via de Av da liberdade loop jemooi en makkelijk richting het centrum. Al met al een prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip en wat ons betreft een aanrader.

O atendimento foi bom e a localização é boa, mas o hotel está precisando muito de uma renovação. O banheiro tem umas coisas fixas no chão, muito fácil de tropeçar e fazer um acidente. Não tenho problema de mobilidade e nem sou tão baixa, mas a banheira era muito alta para se entrar, sendo o chuveiro dentro dela. Não é possível regular a água quente e fria adequadamente, pois saíam rajadas de água quente demais e fria demais intercaladas, atrapalhando o banho, não importando o quanto se tentasse regular a válvula. A pia estava entupida, a àgua demorava muito a escoar. Aliviada de ter passado só uma noite.

Great Location with A+ Staff!
Room was far smaller than what was pictured and my room was facing a brick wall would be the only negative. Staff was excellent with restaurant and transportation suggestions, super friendly as well. Love how quiet the hotel was despite being close to Pombal main train station. Breakfast had a really nice variety of hot and cold options. Good option for solo traveler.

The hotel was close to the airport and nearby Avenida da Liberdade. Very walkable location to everywhere in Lisbon. Breakfast is delicious! The room spacious and super clean. Room service fast and the staff is very professional and helpful. Loved staying there!

Hotel fica num ponto incrível e estratégico da cidade, ao lado da Avenida Liberdade. O hotel é bonito, limpo e muito confortável, porém, existem 02 tamanhos de quarto. Um grande e arejado e outro realmente minúsculo. Cuidado com a escolha. Café da manhã razoável.

Great find
Well located only 5 mins from Metro station. Able to leave luggage securely prior to check in and day of departure for late evening flight. Staff, friendly and courteous. Good breakfast, hot offering, eggs, bacon and sausage were a bit tasteless, lovely fresh fruit and plenty of pastries bread and cereals to choose from. Room was great for a family, twin beds in one room and a single in the other room. Free safe and plenty of storage. Sadly no free water had to pay 2.50 euros for the one provided in the room - a bit steep given the price paid for the room. Bathroom very dated, needs modernising, shower over a tiny bath and a bidet! Who still uses them? Would stay again as felt safe in the surrounding area.
