'Beautiful home. Cozy & comfortable an excellent couples retreat!'

'We stayed here for two nights with friends before driving into Ohio to see the April 2024 total eclipse. We had 7 children 10 and younger and the property was just perfect. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable and supplies were stocked just the right amount. The kids had a delightful time playing outside. Would stay again without any hesitation.'

'The house was a nice, quiet place just outside of town, only minutes from restaurants and shops. The house is old and reflects that. Was generally clean, but basic. Didn't use the coffee pot because it had mold in the water reservoir and the microwave was missing the plate. House smelled of old wood, but the main living area was comfortable and clean. We were happy for the price point. Hosts were available for questions and were accommodating of requests.'

'My husband and I use Vrbo for most of our long weekends. This one was the best stocked of all the house we have stayed at. There was coffee and creamer (which I always forget to bring) banana, apples, and oranges. Other easy to grab snacks. The area was nice and safe.'

'Nine Cleveland friends gathered for a weekend away. Cleveland is beautiful, but Sunnyside is a different kind of beautiful. Fresh apples and raspberries outside the door; cows, goats, and chickens running to welcome us; coyotes singing from the hills, trout leaping onto the hook! And, throughout, Martha was a wonderful, welcoming host. Thank you, and see you again soon!'

'The hot tub/pool was wonderful. If I could give one piece of criticism it would be to change the pool cover position. When the cover is open, it blocks the patio making it difficult to socialize with people on the patio while you are in the pool.'

'You can actually hear yourself think out in this cabin. The view is amazing and there is wildlife to watch (take binocullars) If you need to get away from all the over stimulation of your life get this cabin, It is not close to anything so take what you really need and enjoy. We drive probably 20 minutes to a small town and had some good food take out but honestly we couldnt wait to get back, I suffer from insomnia and I listened to tree frogs and crickets and slept better than I had in years....
