'We came in for the Atlas Obscura music festival surrounding the total eclipse and were astonished and delighted to find Evan’s listing. The property is well designed, impeccably redone and tastefully decorated two bedroom one bath with an adorable eat in kitchen with banquettes looking out over a beautiful garden area. The neighborhood eateries are amazing! I will be coming back!!!'

The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.'

'Short stay in close proximity to local hospital. We wanted more space at a price comparable to what a multi day stay at a hotel would offer us. This was it. Centrally located to many things. Not far from where we needed to be.'

Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. 'The house was great. Clean and well stocked. It is an older home so it is not fancy but that did not take away from the stay. We loved being able to hang out on the back deck. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.'
