'We arrived at 8pm and the door to check in was locked. So I had to check my email to see if they send me anything about checking in after 3pm. They did. They sent me a code to my room and my room number. We had to log into Netflix with our own account and pray that when we left it logged us out. 'The room and bathroom need a serious remodel . They also need a good cleaning . I understand that this is a pet friendly room , but isn’t that why we pay $20 a night for (a little extra cleaning) ? I have never stayed in a room without some sort of coffee maker , although they do have coffee in reception area . They categorize this as a no frills hotel , a great description . '

'Older motel and room was nice. Had nice wood plank flooring, clean, comfortable bed, small bathroom. Shower had new shower head. Water does have an odor of sulfur that is not uncommon to this area. Bring your own bottled water for drinking. Room had nice TV, small fridge and microwave. And a coffee maker. Air conditioner worked very well. Free wifi. Park style grills available for use. You provide the charcoal. '

'This cottage was great for our mid-winter weekend getaway. It is remotely located on Lake Michigan. We were glad it was not snowy as the road would have been a challenge, but we loved the location. The cottage was clean and cozy and Mike was great with communication. We would stay again!'

'The cabin was clean. Very nice dishware and plenty of dishes and cookware. We brought night lights for my elderly mother to have safety in the dark, being in the woods made it comfortably dark for most. The mattresses were not up to my current quality, but were sufficient. The linens were nice and extra available. Towels were newer and plush. The toaster only had one side that was fully functioning...but we made due. The pot holes on the dirt road could use some frequent attention. Overall......
