'We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!'

'The owner was very helpful with quick responses. The place was small, but very cozy and quiet. The place had everything we needed for a quick relaxing getaway. The only downside was there were alot of steps to get in and out of the place and unfortunately, I aways over pack, which meant more trips for my husband. But once inside it was very sweet. The nearby town had nice restuarants and some shopping.'

'Our family of 4 had a great 3-day weekend in this well appointed condo. Our contact, Adam, was able to answer any questions we had immediately (it was amazing, he was lightning fast)! The photos accurately portray the unit. It was cozy and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The condo is located not too far from downtown. Ellicottville has some great shops and restaurants, and isn't too far from Buffalo/Niagara Falls, in which we visited on a day trip....

We golfed one of the days and the location was excellent as the golf course was just minutes away. 'This place is awesome. If you don’t stay here then you are missing out. There is so much to be able to do at the house itself that it’s impossible to not have a good time. Pool, foosball, darts, horseshoes, hot tub, fire pit, they got it all. Or you can just chill out and relax on the back deck. Would definitely recommend this place to others.'

'We arrived Friday May 24th 2024 at around 6:30ish. Has been awhile since I’ve been in New York State. No cell service and it wasn’t until I signed back into VRBO that I received instructions how to get into the cabin. Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. As others commented about the smell of smoke, well yeah, there is a wood stove. I heat my mountain home with wood, smelled of home. We brought our lovely lady along with us, she is 9 years old, she isn’t a fan of the flooring lucky we brought her bed....
