'Our Ladies Bible study group has stayed each year at Lake Escape for our winter retreat. We love this beautiful setting! The home is full of natural light, spacious and cozy providing a wonderful place for our group-15 ladies this year. The two living rooms and several decks provide great places to be inspired. 'We all had a fantastic stay at Group Therapy. While the weather didn't cooperate we had lots of activities we could do in the ample indoor space while enjoying the AMAZING views. The boat dock was fantastic as well. My 18' Bayliner had lots of room (plenty of space for a larger one) with lots of cleats to tie down and keep secure on windy days. 'It is right on the lake and picture perfect beautiful. Sipping coffee in the mornings on the 3 season porch watching a peaceful sunrise and listening to fish jump in the lake, it was perfect! 'This was just a lovely place to stay. It was a very nice house and everything was clean and tidy. Everything looked new and remodled. It is a well looked after house. The best part for us was the screaned deck. We spent almost our entire time outside. It was so quiet and peaceful. Out back there is a place for a fire, swing, and a roofed area to hang out. 'House is lovely and inviting, just like the pictures. The entrance stairs are a little steep, but manageable. Very spacious, open and comfortable. Great place to spend relaxing. Close access to several state recreation areas for boat ramp. Quaint country store about 3 miles from the house with good food and milk shakes. Will definitely be going back.'

'This is a great location. Wow, the view!!!! The size of the house was perfect. Even though the house was very clean it does need some TLC. Nails on the deck are sticking up. Do not go barefoot! I would rent this again, just keep up with the maintenance and it will be booked all the time. Dealing with the owner was very good and easy.'

'Home was very nice & had lots of ammenities & beautiful view. Overall on a high level it was clean but could use a bit more attention to the details. There were hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The coffeemaker had coffee ground in it that were covered in green mold. Evidently the cleaning person forgot to empty the grounds & clean the coffee maker. The Dishes were not real clean. Had to rewash coffee cups. Otherwise, the cleanliness was okay.'
