'We stayed in March or 2024. The cabin was nice but the lake was very dry. No way to do any fishing or water related. I just wish they would have told us before the trip that the lake around them was bone dry and not at all what the pictures show. The staff was very friendly and we still had a great time. The tram ride is pretty cool. Rooms are what you would expect for a cabin made to house mountain bikers and off roaders. '

'We stayed here for 3 nights to witness the Apr 8 total solar eclipse with our children and another family with small kids. I can tell you this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. Danielle, a staff member and our main contact while on the property, was absolutely amazing with accommodating all of our needs, brought us extra chairs and helped set up for the big event. 'Amazing spot. Super secluded. Great House. Had a problem getting the hot tub to heat. Sent the property manager a message and never got a response. So we never got the hot tub to heat properly. Other than that we would gladly stay here again. We really loved it.'

"I don’t mind older hotels and don’t need luxury or fancy stuff but I do like my room clean and that just wasn’t the case here. There were stains on the sheets, the floor was greasy and the bath tub was so worn down I really dreaded taking a shower. We decided not to stay and booked a room across the street; best decision for us. Lady at reception was very friendly though, there sure is potential to make this a nice place to stay but the current state just wasn’t ok for us.."
