La seule chose vraie dans l'horrible avis de nos derniers clients français, c'est la profondeur de la piscine : exactement 120 cm, car une plus grande profondeur aurait entraîné la présence obligatoire d'un sauveteur, comme dans les piscines publiques. La largeur est de 7,50 mètres et la longueur est de 13,50. Il est également vrai que nos invités ont exceptionnellement remarqué la présence d'un plus grand nombre de baigneurs que prévu car ils avaient permis à la famille et aux amis d'y accéder, ce dont nous nous sommes excusés.En ce qui concerne la mauvaise communication, nous devons admettre que nous nous en sommes volontairement abstenus car nous aurions dû, cette fois, nous plaindre de la fâcheuse habitude de leurs quatre enfants de jouer bruyamment dans et hors de la piscine, dérangeant ainsi les autres clients. Les plaintes concernant la présence d'insectes typiques du paysage méditerranéen nous font sourire : ceux qui ont l'habitude de voyager dans ces régions connaissent le risque et savent aussi se protéger.pas entièrement nouveaux et abondants, mais dire qu'ils sont sales est véritablement une insulte. Cependant, nous ne pensons pas que les aspects reprochés justifient une note aussi basse et il nous semble que si les clients avaient eu une si mauvaise expérience dans notre ancienne maison, ils auraient écourté leur séjour et demandé un remboursement.

nkt für Punkt auf die negativen Kommentare unserer Kunden zu reagieren, scheint Zeitverschwendung zu sein. Offensichtlich beobachtete unser Kunde alles mit einer sehr dunklen Brille und ihm gefiel nicht, was er sah! Das Haus ist sehr alt, 500 Jahre alt und sein Charme liegt darin, authentisch und dennoch sehr rustikal zu sein. Unser Zimmermädchen leistet normalerweise gute Arbeit beim Putzen und dies ist das erste Mal, dass jemand etwas Schmutziges findet. Aber es kann immer ein erstes Mal geben! Klagen über hohe Temperaturen und Mücken bringen einen zum Schmunzeln: Das war der heißeste Sommer aller Zeiten in ganz Europa, nicht nur in Italien Auch und jeder weiß, dass es in Mittelmeerländern im Sommer Mücken gibt und ich verstehe, dass sie sehr langweilig sind, aber es gibt auch Tricks, um sich zu wehren: Holen Sie sie einfach im nächsten Supermarkt. Kurz gesagt, der Kunde war sofort schlecht gelaunt. Und ich muss hinzufügen, dass er viele Ticks hatte, um die Zahlung für eine Immobilie abzuschließen, die er ein Jahr zuvor gebucht hatte, und sie in den drei verkehrsreichsten Wochen der Hochsaison blockierte. Thanks for the nice very detailed review. You'll be Always welcome! I have to stress that it's expressely said in the ad that pool towels are not provided.. However they can be borrowed if we know in advance, So far we 've had very few requests of this kind . As for the welcome pack it's a good suggestion especially if you fly and come with little children. Our check-in times are 16.00 to 19.00 and usually our guests , if they come inside the expected time-space, have, time to still get something to eat on the road or go to a restaurant. Restaurant s in Italy generally serve food until 21.30 .

I was shocked to read the our guests gave us such a poor rate because of something like the appearance of ants , that we couldn't forsee and therefore prevent and the quality of our beds. Ants live just one day but, especiallly the annoying flying ants, come alive suddenly in hundreds. We could just suggest to use a sprray against them . They are not dirt , the house had been thoroughly cleaned, but a part of nature . It was a misfortune that the ants decided "to visit " our house just in the only week our guest was there. Living ina beautiful natural enviroment on an organic farm , may involve this kind of unpleasnt surprise. As for the beds, nobody has ever complained before , even guests who spent in our house more than a week .. About this issue I have a complaint: I found a large spot of urine ,on the cover of a matress, left by the little one of the family who slept there That also was an unpleasant surprise , for me this time.. and will not certainly improve the quality of our bedding. I was really disappointed , because we do our utmost to be welcomiong and supportive and because such a poor rate will downgrade ours otherwise very good standards
