I stay in a lot of hotels for work around London so think I can give a balanced view.
I stayed at this hotel as it came within budget and the double club room promised some element of comfort/luxury- alas it didn't. On arrival, a large group were checking in, with only two on the check in desk it was an incredibly slow process. Despite checking in online when I did get to the desk this took much longer that I would usually expect.
On arriving to the room- it needs some TLC, it's very tired. The windows were filthy and grimy, carpet starting to show wear, tiles in the bathroom not quite fitted properly, poor bathroom fittings, stick substance left on the table, and an ancient air conditioning unit.
The air con unit just didn't work, I spent the first night roasting- I got through three bottles of water as I was so parched, and there are of course no opening windows. I did ask at reception the next day and maintenance were sent up and did fix which helped cool the room down.
There are many other hotels in the area and across London charging similar prices or slightly less for a much better, nicer, higher quality experience. If you just want a room to get some kip before a flight or something then this will be fine- but don't expect too much!
