Overnight stay for a football match
I chose the Heeton Concept hotel mainly because of its location which was a short walk to many amenities including pubs, restaurants takeaways and a short walk to the tube at Earls court. District and Picadilly lines which was ideal for travelling to Fulham for the football. The front of house staff were very friendly, welcoming anf helpful.The hotel seems quite dated but was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay , would definitely visit again.well done everyone 👏👏

Super séjour
Super séjour, hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas d’une station de métro, beaucoup de composites autour, la rue est très calme. Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant, l’hôtel est beau et facile d’accès. Si je devais donner un point négatif : beaucoup de condensation dans la chambre, surtout quand il pleut à l’extérieur… Sinon rien à dire je recommande !

Helt ok. Renholdspersonalet ga oss for få håndklær og tok ikke med det skitne ut. I tillegg lot de døren til rommet vårt stå åpen slik at hvem som helst kunne ha gått inn på rommet, vi var sent tilbake så dette var litt ekkelt å oppdage etter mange timer. Harde senger. Ellers var hotellet veldig godt plassert og det fungerte greit for oss.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Lobby ist hell, freundlich und schön dekoriert.Alle Stöcke sind mit dem Lift erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück, aber bei der Tubestation hat es viele Restaurants/Pubs, wo man sich verpflegen kann. Unser Zimmer war herzig und zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche war super mit sofort warmem Wasser mit genügend Druck, sogar im 4. Stock oben. Leider hatte es im Bad keine Ablagefläche, auch nicht auf dem Lavaborand. Es hatte auch keine WC-Bürste. Frotteewäsche hatten wir genug. Die Betten waren unbequem und das Leintuch viel zu klein, so dass dieses immer verrutschte. Wir waren 8 Nächte dort und unser Zimmer ist in dieser Zeit nie geputzt worden. Man konnte immer wählen, ob man einen Zimmerservice möchte, oder nicht. Wir haben uns für einen Service entschieden, weil wir gerne Tee/Kaffee trinken im Zimmer. Der Service bestand darin, dass das Duvet gestreckt wurde, die Kissen aufgeschüttelt wurden, die Handtücher gewechselt wurden und Tee/Kaffee aufgefüllt wurde, das wars. Es wurde nie geputzt und das Bett richtig gebettet mit Leintuch strecken und einbetten. Das verrutschte Leintuch blieb, wie es am Morgen war. Wir sind saubere Gäste, aber nach 8 Tagen sah das Zimmer sehr dreckig aus. Wir hatten einen verstopften, stinkenden Abfluss und dies gemeldet. Es wurde sofort darauf reagiert und entstopft. Das Personal empfanden wir aber generell als unmotiviert und unfreundlich.
