Uitstekend hotel in Londen W14
Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Ruime kamer; comfortabele bedden en een uitstekende badkamer/douche met toilet. Vanwege coronacrisis werden we voorzien van een ontbijtpakket ipv het buffet. Erg sober!

Goed hotel met aardig personeel. Nette, schone kamer/badkamer, elke dag wordt de kamer gedaan. Goed ontbijt buffet. 5-10 minuten lopen van metrostation West Brompton, Londen centrum in 15-20 minuten.

Fijn, net hotel!
Erg fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Airco op de kamer. Goede verduister gordijnen. Dubbele ramen, dus weinig geluid. Nette badkamer. Vond het ontbijt goed, maar was fijn geweest als er buiten de jam ook gewoon wat beleg was geweest, kaas/vlees, maar dat zal wel Nederlands zijn 😉. Ontbijt bestaat verder uit, wit brood/bruin brood, bacon, scrumbled eggs, worstjes, witte bonen in tomaten saus. Porridge, ontbijtgranen. Croisantjes, mini muffins. En natuurlijk koffie, thee, en jus ‘dorange. 2 verschillende metro stations op 10min. Lopen. Vanaf beide ben je met een 15/20min. District line in het centrum. Ideaal!

The hotel and its staff are fine and it provides good value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable and even though it looked out onto the main road noise was not an issue. However the surrounding area is a bit flaky and both underground stations are about ten minutes walk away.

Cleaning and room quality fine. However, although i requested a quiet room and told before check-in that i will get an annex room, got a room facing the main street. Result was an interrupted sleep and constant road noise. This was corrected after complaining the next morning but still one night lost. Breakfast good but coukd use some variety especially in hot options. Breakfast staff extremely friendly.

Give the reviews of the hotel, I was expecting better. It was a bit of a let-down. I don't know the value for money for others, but I paid over 155£ a night and I was expecting better because I've stayed in nicer rooms for less money, even in London. The room was very outdated. It was dusty (a good vacuuming needed), the couch my kids slept on was uncomfortable, dirty and broken. They got a blanket that was big enough for one person and one of them was never covered at night. The chair was dirty, first I thought it was old and scratched but after I cleaned it, it was shiny again. The door handle was broken, the tap was rusty and there was absolutely no storage whatsoever. Very poor amenities, a kettle and only 2 cups even though the room was made for 4 people. The service was good and when I told the reception that my pillow had blood stains on it they immediately changed it. Breakfast was good and abundant. The guys who tended breakfast tables were friendly. However I did notice a guy who filled milk dispenser throw plastic jugs in a common trash bin. I hoped they would get recycled. The area was nice, next to two bus stops and a 5 min walk from the underground, with some very nice eateries around. Overall, will probably not stay again. And when 155£ is considered a good deal for this kind of a room, I'll simply not visit London and vacation elsewhere.
