Goed hotel voor een vriendelijke prijs.
Ideale ligging, de metrohalte north ealing is 3 straten (nog geen 5 minuten lopen) achter het hotel en bevindt zich in zone 3 van het metrosysteem. Hier vertrekt iedere 10 minuten de Picadilly line die je in een klein halfuurtje rechtstreeks naar Picadilly circus brengt. Wij verbleven 2 nachten in Hotel 55. Een zeer mooie kamer (Double Room, City View, nr 202). Veel ruimte, veel sfeer en oog voor detail in de aankleding. Wij hadden helaas pech dat de thermostaat van de douche kapot was, dit gemeld bij de receptie en er werd direct actie ondernomen. Het kon tijdens ons verblijf niet gemaakt worden, hierdoor konden we ervoor kiezen om volledig te verhuizen naar een "Cozy room"; deze kamer was echter kleiner dan we nu hadden en vergelijkbare kamers zaten allemaal vol. Hierom hebben we er voor gekozen om alleen in de "Cozy room" te douchen. Netjes geregeld en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt was niet inclusief en kosten 8,50 GBP p.p. voor het koud buffet en 13,50 GBP p.p. voor een warm ontbijt (de kok bakt dan eitjes zoals jij wenst). We hebben 1 ochtend in Londen ontbeten en 1 ochtend het koud buffet in het hotel. Het koud buffet vonden wij wat simpel, voornamelijk veel zoets en niets hartigs (kaas/ham). Wij vonden het onverwachts en erg netjes dat we bij het uitchecken te horen kregen dat we het ontbijt gratis kregen vanwege de defecte douche. Petje af voor het behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel. Qua aankleding, sfeer en hygiëne ook een dikke 10.

Room very good, had everything even a fridge. Room very snug but we only used it for sleeing so didnt bother us. Very clean. Would definitely use again.

Good hotel to be revisited
We stayed in a 2-bedrooms apartment Room 611 for 3 nights. The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is right near Manchester Piccadilly train station and there are plenty of cafes and supermarkets downstairs. It only takes around 10 mins walk to city centre Piccadilly Garden and 15 mins walk to high street and Arndale shopping mal.l

優點；房間寬敞整潔，職員友善，房內備有咖啡、茶包、瓶裝水及小餅乾、電插槽足夠、wifi順暢。距離North Ealing地鐵站近，往市中心車程約半小時。 缺點：距離Ealing Boatdway有點遠，要步行15-20分鐘或是乘搭一個地鐵站。

Nie and cozy hotel, room quite small so tricky to move around. But generały the hotel has a nice feeling and is very clean. There is a nice Italian restaurant near by and a lot of shops. Area is convenient.

Nice hotel, rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Shower and beds were great. Parking was a bonus and very close to the tube. Only downside was WiFi was patchy and slow.

Ich bin leider insgesamt ziemlich unzufrieden und verstehe die 4.2 Sterne Bewertung nicht. Das Hotel hat angeblich 4 Sterne, was nirgends darauf hindeuten würde. Von der Einrichtung, des Zustandes des Hotels geschweige denn von den angebotenen Services. Vieles sieht schon leicht heruntergekommen aus, sowie auch die Zimmer. Zudem ist das Zimmer nicht so sauber, wie es sein sollte. Im gesamten Badezimmer hat man einen Essig Geruch in der Nase. Unser Zimmer war zudem wirklich mini, im EG mit schönen Ausblick auf eine Wand und Leute, die schön rein schauen konnten. Somit musste der Vorhang immer zu sein. Aussengeräusche und Klopfe (?!) waren stets zu hören. Das Empfang ist nicht wirklich sehr freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Zudem: die Zimmer werden *nur* gereinigt, wenn man zuvor am Morgen bei der Rezeption Bescheid gibt. 4 Sterne? Die Location ist zudem irgendwo im nirgendwo von London. Bezahlt lieber etwas mehr für ein richtiges Hotel.

Good Hotel for the Price
The hotel was in a great location. It was quiet, there was a convenience store around the corner, a few small food places around as well, and the train station was under a 5 minute walk. I think for the price the value was OK, the hotel is very stripped back and just kind of the room and not much else. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming was the room, it was absolutely tiny. I may not have realized it when booking, but it was really just enough room for the bed and barely anything else. Other than that it was fine, it served its purpose, and it seemed clean enough. It's a good inexpensive spot.

Great location, but very noisy close to a road and passing traffic, ideal if your going for a few beers in and out of London but if your there with a little one probably to noisy with the traffic.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, so good luck if you were staying on the second story. Moving around the bed was challenging because the space was so small. During our four nights there, they did not clean the room. We advise against booking it.

Amazing customer service
We arrived at 2:30 and were told our room was 2 singles (my fault as I booked the wrong room) the lady on the desk upgraded us for free to a suite which was not expected but very much appreciated. No issues with being early to check in. Staff at the door were always welcoming and smiley. Great place to stay. Would return

Our room was spotless and smelled beautiful! We had everything we needed in our room and we experienced very helpful staff at reception. The train station was very close by and there was parking too. We stayed in a studio with a double bed and bed settee. The room was excellent. The bath towels very big and excellent quality which was very good because we did not have any hot water to shower during our stay. There was a problem with the boiler. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to the underground and a cafe for an excellent breakfast. Staff are lovely. Very helpful.

Nice friendly accommodating staff made our stay in London very comfortable. Located close to the Piccadilly tube line convenient to trips into Central London. Bar and restaurant walking distance close by the hotel.

Area is well located. Property a little dated. Front desk lady was very nice but there was a guy in the evening that very rude when my key card was not working and was not obvious that the door was unlocked. Bed was very comfy. Storage for day and early check in were available. Biggest problem was the fire door. Whole room shook when it closes.

Hotel was lovely and staff were pleasant, however the hotel said it came with free parking but when we arrived there were 4 spaces outside the hotel, all of which were taken! My partner went in to ask about parking and the receptionist told us there was a car park round the corner, we drove to this car park which looked to be the tube station car park and it was also full. Ended up having to Google another car park which cost us £26 and was about a 15 minute walk away, not ideal as I am 6 months pregnant and it was very warm. When I mentioned the parking situation to the front desk I simply got the response of ‘oh well at least you found somewhere’ it’s a shame as this really let the hotel down, I think it should be more clearly advertised just how limited parking is as if I had known I would not have booked!
