Ontzettend mooi en netjes hotel, op een mooie locatie met vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt ongeveer 5-10 minuutjes lopen van de Big Ben en de Londen Eye aan de ene kant, en ongeveer 10 minuutjes lopen naar het metrostation aan de andere kant. Alles is verzorgd zoals het hoort en alles ziet er goed uit. Naast alle gebruikelijke dingen was het internet erg goed en was het fijn dat er een supermarktje naast zit waar de late-night snacks gehaald konden worden. Het enige minpuntje was de regendouche die niet goed werkte, maar ons werd verteld dat dat gemaakt zou worden.

Where do I begin????!!!! Beautiful hotel stay and two of the most amazing staff members/hosts I’ve ever encountered! Taher and Michelle went above and beyond for my wife and I. We travel often and this has been so memorable. The kindness and hospitality from the two of them ranks higher than 5 stars. Many stoic faces in our visit but they fade in comparison to what these two individuals have done. We will be back and I would highly recommend you stop here on your travels. This area is close to many sites and the welcoming of these two made it all the better. Many thanks again!

Nothing special about the rooms, or stay in general, however would point out that the hotel doesn't allow food deliveries. I needed to eat in the hotel room due to work, and so ordered room service. Not only was this very expensive (£55 for a starter and main), it also tasted like it had been thrown in a microwave from frozen. If you're not going to allow deliveries, make the menu bigger and more economical.

Heard from several people in London that this property was formerly a Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. It had a boutique feel, like other Hyatt Regency properties I've stayed at. You will need to walk a bit, or take a taxi to anything touristy. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it as an intimate stay.
