Great hotel for our citytrip. Quiet, great bed and nearby Victoria Station; easy to travel around. Really liked it; so for my next visit to London, this would be my top pick!

We stayed at this hotel during our family trip to London/Paris and we weren't disappointed, the area is a walk distance to everything, if you are like us and enjoy walking everywhere then this hotel is for you. Plus, the room was comfortable, not terrible. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and full of options. If you don't feel like going out for dinner after a long day you can just eat at their restaurant, the menu is actually good, even my kids liked it. They also have a small gym in the lower level that I used a couple times. My only complain is our room was a bit too hot and we couldn't figure the thermostat. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Great location near public transportation but as far as the hotel is concerned I felt it was slightly subpar, the bathroom had lots of mold in the shower, small rooms, one of the elevators was out. The temperature inside the room was always extremely hot. Lots of construction in the area that started very early am…. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel and staff was great from checking to online check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative aspect was the shower water didnt drain fast enough. We stayed for 8 nights. The hotel is a block away from Victoria Station which is a main station convenient for both the tube and buses. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The longest wait was 10min during their busiest time. There were many choices for food for everyone. The pizza at the restaurant/bar was good size to share for 2.

Reviews I read before booking, undersold this gem of a hotel. From the location (walkable to major sights and underground) to the size of the room to accommodate 4 to the extensive breakfast/brunch, this was a great find! Hotel is a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben & the Thames, a 5 minute walk to Victoria station and grocery stores/shopping. The breakfast includes a large hot selection (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes etc), cold selection (yogurt, granola, cereal, fruit, salad, cheese, fish), bakery goods table, juices and several coffee machines for lattes etc. The room contained a Queen and Double sofa bed - some what hard to find in London. Check in and out was a breeze.

Very convenient location! The room was fine, bathroom on the smaller side but expected for a big city hotel. The cleaning was an issue, our room was only cleaned twice on the 7 days we spent there. Amazing breakfast!

I have stayed here several times, so obviously I like the Victoria Park Plaza. It is clean and well run. This is the first trip I noticed that the rooms aren’t soundproof. Other than that I recommend the Park Plaza and will continue to stay there

Teater week end i London
Det hyggelige personalet, spesielt i resepsjonen, men også i restaurant og lobbybar bidro sterkt til et svært hyggelig hotell opphold. Rommet var ok romslig med veldig god seng. Vi spiste frokost daglig, middag 2 kvelder i restauranten, benyttet baren og trimrommet med badstue, alt veldig bra, selv om badstua var liten med plass til max 3 - 4 personer.

Park Plaza Victoria is worth a visit
A good hotel, in walking distance to some of the major attractions. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, though the hot food was more warm than hot. The quality of the food was good. Staff are very friendly.
