Personeel is vriendelijk, maar ik zou niet meer voor dit hotel kiezen. Het hotel is super oud en vies. Je ziet in de gangen op de vloer dat er niet gestofzuigd wordt. In de slaapkamers zijn de muren helemaal kapot en het hout verrot. Enige pluspunt is dat het hotel op loopafstand is van de stad en bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel is ook super krap. Kon amper met mijn kinderwagen door de hal heen naar de lift. Als je vraagt om een taxi te reserveren betaal je het dubbele en moet je cash betalen terwijl je in alle taxi’s kan pinnen! Voor mij was het echt geldverspilling.

Het hotel kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Alleen de bedden sliepen lekker maar die zijn ook aan vervanging toe. Bij de schoonmaak van de kamer waren alleen de bedden rechtgetrokken en er waren maar 2 handdoeken neergelegd terwijl wij met z'n vieren waren. Het ontbijt was wel geboekt maar niet gekregen ivm covid gaf het personeel aan. Personeel deed ook niet echt heel veel moeite.

Het hotel lag 15min lopen van oxfordstreet en genoeg eettentjes in de straten achter het hotel. Het ontbijt was karig alleen de basis dingen werden aangeboden terwijl bij het boek stond beschreven royaal ontbijt. De ruimte waar je kon was ook te klein. Metro was 5min loopafstand. Hotel ligt in straat met bijna alleen maar hotels. Ontbijt is niet uitgebreidt en tot 9.30 uur is ook echt tot 09.30 uur! Wij zaten met 4 personen in 4 persoonskamer op begane grond en keken via raam op plat dak van kelder met airco units. Als je een paar dagen Londen bezoekt en er alleen bent om te slapen en douchen is het een prima verblijf.

Simpel hotel. Kamer en badkamer schoon. Lekker bed. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar prima. Als je heel veel luxe verwacht van een hotel moet je verder zoeken. Als je alleen een plekje zoek om te slapen en 's ochtends even wil ontbijten en een kopje koffie wil drinken zeg ik doen! Prima prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Vlakbij Paddington station, ideaal.

Sporco dappertutto, un bagno indecente e poco agibile. Ascensore che non funziona da non so quanti anni, (noi eravamo al terzo piano), finestre sempre aperte dal terribile odore di vecchio. Le tre rampe di scale che portavano alla camera erano rivestite in moquette, l'ultima pulizia sarà sicuramente risalita allo scorso anno se non a quello precedente..insomma uno schifo!!

Dislaimer: maybe i had unrealistic expectations for a hotel in London. But when I'm spending $162 CAD per night, I did not expect my room to have a window out onto the brightly lit corridor, curtains so thin that the room couldnt even come close to darkness at night so was hard to sleep, no hand towels, and a bathroom that smelled strongly of damp and mildew. It looked as though there had been a flood and damage in the recent past. Not to mention the world's loudest AC unit that was needed as the room was about 30 C when we entered. Location was great and again maybe my expectation for the cost was unreasonable. But this place was run down, uncomfortable, awkward, and disappointing. Would look elsewhere if I visit again.

El sitio está muy bien comunicado, a 2 minutos de la estación de Paddington y con muy buena comunicación con los principales atractivos turísticos. Las habitaciones aunque pequeñas están bien. Tienen aspectos que mejorar en temas de mantenimiento (grifo que gotea, ducha que traga mal). Lo que no me gustó nada es que no hagan las habitaciones. Lo único que hacen es cambiar las toallas, pero no son capaces ni de hacerte las camas.

This is a truly dreadful little hotel. Small rooms, which were dirty and really badly serviced. Housekeeping seemed to be limited to them dumpling a new set of towels and doing nothing else. The room was not cleaned at all during our three night stay, and the bathrooms and floor were grubby when we arrived. We complained but were met by utter indifference. Avoid this place like the plague. It is REALLY bad.

Wir haben trotz beengter Verhältnisse (3 Personen in ca. 15 qm, inclusive ca. 1,5 qm Bad) vier Nächte gut verbracht. Einige Mängel, die aber nicht sehr beeinträchtigend waren, gab es. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, doch glücklicherweise lag unser Zimmer im ersten Stock. Durch die Lage nach hinten raus zum Hof hatten wir zwar keinen schönen Ausblick, aber dafür war es sehr ruhig - zumindest was Geräusche von außen betraf. Das Personal war freundlich bis indifferent. Check-Inn und Check-Out gingen schnell und problemlos vonstatten.

The hotel was quiet, and inexpensive. I was not happy about being placed on the third floor in the more distant part of the hotel, that did not have elevator access. As best I could tell the place was not full. I went ahead and cancelled a future reservation.

The hotel was adequate for my short stay in London with good transport links. However, I'm rating the property poor as there are electrical safety issues and sadly I sustained a burn to my hand from the plug of an electrical item provided by the hotel, that had not been electrical safety tested since 2019 and had clearly been tampered with since that time. When I reported the problem and my injury to the staff member on reception they did not appear concerned. I have since emailed the hotel management and had no response. Only stay at this hotel if you're happy to risk injury or dying in an electrical fire.

Was a great hotel and just down the road from the station. Location was pretty safe looking as well and no riff raff at all. Staff were great and even let me check in early as I arrived in the morning. Room was nice and clean and housekeeping cleaned while I was out. I would happily stay here again.

I have stayed in this property before and it is in a great location at a reasonable price and overall was ver good. My visit this time was very disappointing because I really needed to use the internet and I was not informed upon arrival that it was not available. I tried to find alternative options close by but staff were very unhelpful & did not seem to care that internet was part of the package I had bought from them. I would have to think carefully if I would stay again because of this negative experience

Do not book this hotel! I booked this for me and another person, we got twin beds in a room right beside reception. We heard noise everytime someone was checking in and checking out because they had to walk pass our room. The heater does not work at all. We were freezing at night! The window was closed but there was a draft going through it. The staff gave me extra sheets but he had entered someone else’s room while they were sleeping because he was going to get extra bedding from there. They do not clean. the beds were dusty and there were nuts and crumbs. They don’t change bed sheets, they just make your bed messily. We only stayed there for 2 nights so we didn’t have prolonged suffering. Also, there was NO wifi. Staff kept saying that someone was coming in to fix the wifi. First it was “later today” then it became “tomorrow morning” then the next day it became “later” AGAIN. but no one ever came. By the time we checked out, there was STILL no wifi. They must’ve been lying for their boss or didn’t pay their internet bill. All the basic things you expect in a hotel was not in this one. I made a huge mistake booking this hotel, must’ve read the wrong reviews lol. The only good thing was the location. I feel bad for the staff esp the woman at the front. She was very sweet and gave us free water bottles but other than that I’d rate this place a 1/5. If I could rate it even lower I would. I feel bad for us for even staying there & I feel bad for anyone booking

Duvets are stored in our linen storage room and not in guest rooms. Your feedback on cleanliness is deeply concerning to us, as it does not reflect the high standards of service we aim to provide. If cleanliness is unsatisfactory, we wish you had informed us during your stay so that we could rectify the issue promptly.Regarding bed sheets, they are not changed daily. For guests staying only 2 nights, the housekeeper tidies the bed without changing the sheets. However, upon request, the housekeeper will gladly change the sheets.As for the Wi-Fi situation, we understand the importance of reliable internet access and apologize for the unsatisfactory information provided by our staff. Really nice and very helpful staff… good place to stay! The negative side is the noise coming from outside (traffic), the windows are single glazed and old.

Remarkable value for money. Until I took a shower this hotel would have been faultless. Unfortunately the temperature control on the shower were dangerous in that their response was erratic clunky and delayed. The hottest temperature was scalding, well above safety levels. I didn't manage to adjust the shower unit to have a warm shower. d
