Hier krijg je geen spijt van!
Na dagen het internet afstruinen voor een goed hotel, toch deze gekozen. Wij waren onbekend in Londen, zagen door de bomen het bos niet meer. Al die verschillende wijken, en alle hotels roemen hun ideale ligging. Als je net als wij toen, zoekende bent, dan kan je stoppen. Dit hotel is top! Ligt aan een zijstraat van Leicester square. Hier is het erg toeristisch, altijd drukte en leven om je heen. Van hieruit loop je naar picadilly, china town en met een half uur lopen sta je bij buckingham palace, national gallery, big ben, enz.. metro is op 2 minuten lopen en vandaaruit ben je met een kwartier bij de tower bridge. Het hotel heeft een mooie kamer, heerlijke bedden, super douche en verduisterende gordijnen. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt is echt geweldig! Naast het buffet (broodjes, fruit, smoothie) mag je een gerecht van de kaart bestellen. Het was heerlijk! Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mede door dit hotel was Londen een topervaring!

mooi vernieuwd hotel midden in centrum
mooi hotel midden in centrum en om de hoek chinatown, alles is op loopafstand. klein minpuntje is dat er 's ochtends vroeg veel auto's staan te lossen bij omliggende restaurants dat hoor je wel als je licht slaapt en je hebt een kamer met uitzicht op het plein. Heerlijke bedden. super vriendelijk personeel.

This is right in the heart of all the theaters BUT was surprisingly very quiet at night. My only negative is that the bathroom had a smell which I think it is old pipes?? But overall it was a good experience and a lot of restaurants and easy access to the tube.

Book room 605 for views of Big Ben , Nelson’s column and London eye. You’ll hear street noise on weekend.l til around 11pm but after that it’s quiet. Steps to tube and lots of restaurants etc. An hour to Heathrow from the door of the hotel to the terminal.

Staff was friendly, place is in an excellent location, the noise isn't as bad as some may think, i recommend this and would definitely stay there again. The only con would be the breakfast available which was basic and not included in the stay. Though, they have a partner hotel Indigo right around the corner with a rooftop restaurant £22 per person for buffet and a killer view

Would not recommend. Tiny rooms, noisy from buskers on Leicester Square. The hot water was lukewarm, just warm enough to not feel a jolt when entering the water. They charge 15 pounds per piece to keep your luggage, and also charge 50 pounds to let you check in early.

I booked the room for 7nigt . I like the location very convenient,about the room was ok without table and Chair inside the room, when u want to seat down just only bed for you seat,not convenient for you to drink and eat something. The property was in the heart of the west end and perfectly placed for out stay. The Hotel was nice and clean and the room was well equipped and clean. The room we stayed in was on the lower level and there was a club with music playing till late into the evening, so was quite noisy up till around 12.00/12.30 am.

No where on the Expedia listing or actual hotel website did it state that to store one bag for even an hour will cost you 15 pounds!!! When I complained the staff stated that this was a “new” charge and they “hadn’t gotten around” to updating their website with this charge. I would NEVER have chosen this hotel had I known about this charge before I booked and feel completely ripped off. The staff couldn’t have cared less! Look elsewhere fellow travelers.

Bra beliggenhet. ikke fri koffertoppbevaring
Ble litt snurt da vi sjekket inn og hotellet krevde GBP 15 pr. koffert for å oppbevare disse frem til rommet vårt var klart kl. 15.00. Dersom vi ønsket tidligere innsjekking av rom krevde de GBP 50. I tillegg krevde de GBP 15 pr. koffert på avreisedagen for å oppbevare koffertene frem til vi skulle reise ut til flyplassen. Det sto ingenting om dette da vi bestilte hotellet. Dette har vi aldri opplevd før på andre hotell. I tillegg var det en skyvedør inn til badet , som nesten var umulig å åpne og lukke, Flisene i dusjen var ikke bra. Mye kalkbelegg. Det beste med oppholdet var hotellets beliggenhet. Kommer ikke til å velge dette hotellet igjen. Men gjerne et annet hotell i samme området.

First the positive, front desk people super nice. Besides all the issues that I’m going to point out, I’ll stay here again, only because the location is amazing. A few issues: house keeper is under staff, they didn’t clean my room for a couple of days. You could see debris on the carpet in the hallways. The flushing device in the toilet is plastic and gets stuck. Very cold rooms, they never fixed the heater instead they sent a unit with only 2 wheels instead of 4, it was unstable and even dangerous. Don’t order breakfast unless is free. It looked really nothing, super basic; better to go to Greggs a few steps away. Demand to be in the 6th floor, less noise and you don’t hear the pipes and people using the showers. For all the issues they should have offered free breakfast even being to simple. That would have been a nice touch.
