Prima gelegen uitstekend hotel
Het hotel was gelegen vlak bij alle attracties van Westminster in een zeer rustige buurt bij een "green". Service was zeer goed en ik had er een zeer plezierig verblijf.

Luxe hotel op centrale locatie
Hotel is qua prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zeer goed. Hotel was luxer dan ik dacht, het personeel was enorm vriendelijke en behulpzaam en het hotel ligt heel centraal. Op maximaal 5 minuten loopafstand was een underground, de Westminster Abbey en de bezienswaardigheden daarom heen waren op maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand.

Aanrader!!
Het is een mooi comfortabel hotel, met vriendelijke medewerkers. Kamer niets op aan te merken, ontbijt goed, ligging is mooi, vlakbij een metrostation, en wat winkels in de buurt. Een volgende keer zou ik het hotel weer boeken als ik naar Londen ga.

Na rerstauratie is hotel een zeer goed hotel gewor
uitstekende service, vriendelijk personeel. Wel jammer dat merendeel van ondersteunend personeel van Oost-Europese afkomst is met daarbij behorende (min of meer) gebrekkige kennis van Engelse taal.

Great location to most attractions! A good quiet and clean hotel to spend a week in London. Don't know about the breakfast as I didn't do that, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is also within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, which is very convenient. It is also not a bad place to stay in terms of security. The hotel seems to be run by an Indian family, and there is a vegan restaurant attached to the building, which was helpful for me as someone with dietary restrictions. However, as soon as I entered the room, I couldn't stop sneezing, which made me wonder if the chemicals used to clean the room were still there.

Extremely dirty and stained carpeting in room and hallway. Breakfast times are not the same every day. We prepaid for breakfasts for three days, but on the third day, Sunday, breakfast is later. We had to leave without breakfast because we had a train to catch. They refused to refund us for the breakfasts paid for but unable to stay for! Very unpleasant woman at the check-in desk… even a smile, would improve things.

The location was good but that’s about it. Breakfast was less than average and no variety!! Room too small, and lots of noise coming from inside the walls /ceiling ( water pipes ) or noise from the air conditioner !!

I love how this property was so close to so many attractions, like Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, but was very quiet and felt safe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar staff always went over and beyond for us on our "night caps". It was the perfect end to each of our days in London. The rooms were not as small as some guest had descripted. We reserved the twin beds and we were pleasantly surprised how roomy it was. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be back to stay there next time I am in London.

We would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was almost the most perfect hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, which is something I’ve never said, or experienced. My husband and I chose this hotel by its location to sites we wanted to see and reviews from other travelers. The room was somewhat small but the design was mostly perfect except for a couple quirky dislikes. upon entering the room, you need to put your room card into a slot to turn the lights on, thankfully, the Bellman was there to help with that. Otherwise we would’ve had no clue. There was a square plate on the wall that you had to touch different areas to turn the lights on, with the same square plate at the bedside. We never could figure out where to touch the square to get certain sets of lights on/off. I eventually had to unscrew the lightbulb next to the bedside. There were can lights and reading lights on either side of the bed, and the bathroom was well lit. Best lighting I’ve ever had. The bathroom was very clean, but there was no plug for our UK converter. The hairdryer was in a desk drawer and couldn’t be moved, difficult to use, as you how to hold a button in to get the hairdryer to work. I have arthritis in my left hand and used my brush in my right, but had to stop every few moments to give my hand a rest.. Very difficult to style hair, so my husband held the hairdryer while I styled, not what I wanted to do. Had to ask for clean towels every day because there was nowhere to hang them to dry except for back in the shower.

We were out celebrating our anniversary and staying here was a great choice, close by nice place to eat and drink and most importantly a great place to call home for a night. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were given sweets and bottle of prosecco Which was really nice of them. So thank you

I have only put ‘average’ as initially I was put in an apartment room. I thought this would be better than a standard room. It wasn’t. The apartments are situated in the basement. You need to stand on the couch to open/close blinds. The room felt claustrophobic and smelt mouldy. There are no lifts to the basement nor is there air conditioning. They have floor fans only. I asked to be moved which they happily did. The main guest area is lovely with ducted air conditioning & large rooms. It is there rooms I would recommend, not the apartments. Staff were obliging & friendly. Shops & Victoria station nearby (walking distance) which was really handy.

i originally had a room with no view and a obstructed window- i asked to move to another room and was pleasantly obliged. the new room was perfect. The housekeeping staff was excellent- the cleanest hotel ive stayed in.
