'We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!'

'This place was absolutely perfect! It was VERY close to the beach, walking distant. It’s super close to a ton of fantastic restaurants. It has a garage! The garage was so nice to have because street parking can be difficult. The condo had anything and everything you could need. The host left all kinds of extras-snacks, beverages, toiletries! I would absolutely book this place again and recommend it to couples (or small families). Communication with the host was great too!'

'Right across the street from the beach in a very desirable neighborhood. The view looks east to swanky Naples Island. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed and furniture are comfortable, though definitely from the “modern” design school. The street in front is busy. There is a garage, but it is small. 'Great place; perfect location for us! Responses were swift from owner as well. Uber clean and very spacious. All the beaches were close by, with Seal Beach actually being my favorite. Tons of shops, great food; without the super packed crowds of Venice Beach. If you leave early (as we did) Universal is 45mins away. Stopped for breakfast so we made it in 60mins. 'Love love love this place! Management was accommodating and nice also informative on arrival . The location is next to literally everything. We didn't have to uber anywhere . We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!'

"Bij binnenkomst was de kamer al klaar werd er gemeld maar wilden we er 2 uur eerder in moesten we 50$ bij betalen . Belachelijk vind ik maar het zal tegenwoordig wel normaal zijn . Bij het inchecken moesten we ook nog 200$ Borg betalen die we dan na 5 dagen weer terug krijgen ??? Dan kom je op de kamer is netjes en schoon maar geef me een dwangbuis en het feest is compleet een mega witte steriele kamer hier wil je echt geen paar dagen zitten .maar dat is mijn idee er zullen best mensen zijn die het wel mooi vinden . "

"Hotel overpriced not even close to standards of a Hyatt hotel. No breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet, a market were you can buy the same food every day. Room is cleaned every day, complimentary water provided first day no more. For the price they could at least provide water to make coffee or tea in the room. The hotel is airconditioned but way too cold. Beds are good, sheets are loose not fitted, not very sanitary. Valet parking way overpriced. "
